There were over a dozen people crowded into the tiny waiting area and about half were standing because there were not enough chairs. I have been to a lot of LabCorps and this was by far the worst in terms of facilities, organization, and cleanliness. It looked like the DMV in a bad part of town.

The checkin process was signing into a kiosk, not a personable receptionist but that was fine. The lab was fairly busy, and yet each team member when I got called was personable, professional, and answered all my wuestions and explained the next steps. I would recommend, as it was cheaper than a PCP or hospital urgent care.

Compared to 4 other employee drug screening facilities I've used over the years, this is the first one to offer a computerized system to log in & out. Its easy to use, quick & helps speed up the process as it ask you basic questions as to why you're there instead of filing out pages of paper work. The staff & the facility were very clean & explained the new urine sample cups (instant results) to me. There is also a table & shelf in the lobby that offer cute home decor made by local individuals who have developmental disabilities & earn money from selling goods.

They came out with a happy face on super friendly and told me no problems but I would probably have a little longer wait because some people arrive before me and had current appointments. They still got me in in a really fast manner, I was in and out in less than a half an hour. The woman who did all my lab work was very friendly kind and had a happy demeanor. She was amazing at taking blood. I didn't feel a thing and she needed several vials. I can't say enough good things about this lab. I plan on coming here for any future lab work that I need. Their unit is a little harder to fine because it's not in the front of the building by the road it's in the back of the building. But it does have a vivid picture of their name and unit 4. One last thing the lab is behind the Arby's so if you look for Arby's and go into the Arby's entrance, drive all the way to the back the building that's kind of next to him behind Arby's. It's in the back of that building.
