I asked for one & it was hand to me & I was instructed to mail it not bring it back. When we got home my husbands had a requisition enclosed. I tried to call but was routed to the national call center & was instructed to return for one. We then drove back (12 miles) to get arrived at 11:58am sign said the were closed at noon for lunch. We knocked & the door was answered & was told rudely they were off the clock. When my husband said it was only 11:59am she shrugged & started to close door. I protested having to make a third trip. I just wanted proper info to put on slip (quest acct# that was REQUIRED) she restated they were off the clock & said goodbye, then shut the door. At the price of gasoline this is unacceptable!

He had his blood drawnand I waited 15 minutes for me to be called back. When I got to the room I wasn't told they could not draw my blood because this test had to be sent by FedEx and it was too late. I said you just drew my husbands blood for the same test. "We did but we shouldn't have. The supervisor has to take it to FedEx. I said draw mine and send them together. Told they would not do that and I should make another appointment. I was infuriated at this. What stupidity! I demanded my be drawn. They did so under duress. The FedEx truck pulled up as I was leaving the parking lot. I will Never go there again. The stories of this lab other clients told me were terrible.

This is the one that is located next to the Brownwood Hotel and also... just for reference... Wolfgang Puck restaurant. There is also a Starbucks in the very near perimeter. The ladies that work at Lake Medical Imaging (Brownwood location) where extremely attentive to my mother as they got her ready for her CT scan. For the first time ever ... I didn't mind "hanging out" in the office there while I waited for my mother to finish her CT Scan.
