He is one of the few doctors that takes his time and get to know you, your medical history and each of your family members too. He actually asks how you're doing and genuinely wants to know and waits for your answer! You are not rushed ever and he is the most thorough doctor we have ever visited. He is incrediblly nice, old school doctor that does things the right way He doesn't cut corners and knows everything about you and your file when you step into his office. Trust me, if you're lucky enough to have Dr Harkins as your primary doctor you already know what I am saying here! 5 star all the way best if the best. They just don't make them like Dr. HARKINS anymore. It's a shame !!!

When I inquired why the first visit was a higher cost. I was told there was an $80 first customer visit fee. This is something I should've been made aware of on my first visit. If I was made aware of this, I could've easily gone to my primary physician and and could have avoided this cost. It is an unethical practice to not make a patient aware of this additional charge for a first time patient fee. It also makes no sense because I had to fill out the same amount of paperwork on both visits. Go to your primary physician if you can avoid using this company. I don't recommend them.

While I think being kind and well mannered is a huge plus, it is not the only thing required in service, especially when it comes to medical care. I don't want my review to be taken as if these people we rude or bad people in anyway at all. I just feel as though patients shouldn't leave the room feeling that any questions were left unanswered, let alone none at all.

She was very thorough in her diagnosis and I felt like she was way better than any other urgent care I had ever gone to. I didn't feel rushed and I feel like I was treated so well as a patient and I'm so very thankful that I ran into her today to address my health symptoms. Honestly, I would give this place 10 stars if I could, but since you could only leave five stars, I'm giving five stars. Thank you so much Tina for all your kindness and professionalism. From the checkin with Riya who was very engaging and pleasant to the pre-op nurses Kathy, Lorna, and Cherelle. Cherelle was very helpful and knowledgeable! She was very patient with me. She answered all of my questions. The anesthesiologist, Dr Veloso & Jim were great. They asked all of the required questions and made sure everything was ok. The surgery nurses Maggie, Ashley and Gina were great. They crossed their Ts and dotted their Is. The Revovery nurse Natalie was ok. She didn't ensure my daughter was comfortable. She experienced a lot of gas and nausea and she mentioned to Natalie about the patch she had on for nausea that could cause nausea however Natalie didn't think to take that off to ease the nausea. It wasn't until I came into the area and asked her to remove it, that she took it off. My daughter felt better after the removal of the patch. We overheard another recovery nurse tell their patient (who had the same procedure) what to get for bad gas, but Natalie did not make any suggestions. You have the option to stay in the waiting area until your loved one's procedure is done. left to run errands. They communicated well with me with the surgery update and when to pick my daughter up. Overall, the experience here was GREAT!! everyone worked together to make sure my daughter's surgery was a success. Their discharge instructions were detailed.

I had to beg the girl at the front to even talk to me. I was very sick. I have had those symptoms before, and I knew that there was a problem. I had a fever, chills, and many other feelings which made me think that I had the same sickness from before. I even left work early. I never do this. The staff began to rush me through my initial paperwork by saying "are you finished yet"? I was then quickly rushed into the examination room. The doctor, Dr. Meyers, a pleasantly plump female who wasn't pleasant at all; looked at me for less than a minute. She then said "There's nothing I can do for you. If you get worse, go to the hospital". I begged her for antibiotics. She told me "no": I knew I had this sickness before and needed antibiotics fast. I was then brought discharge paperwork. Dr. Meyers told me to sign it so she could go home. I told her I am sick and begged one more time for medication. She told me to go to the hospital again. I then asked for my $87 co-pay back. The fraud Doctor told me she can't give me my money back even though she told me she "wouldn't help me". Then, I told her to stick the discharge paperwork up her ass. I did not sign it, and began to walk out. I was practically chased out of the waiting room, as they told me to get back here and sign my discharge paperwork. After having the worst medical experience of my life, I canceled the $87 charge on my credit card. The next day, I went to Temple Hospital because my symptoms got worse. The Doctors there are pros. They told me I could have died if I didn't get the proper treatment. Temple is amazing. They save lives, and definitely saved mine. Pioneer, on the other hand, just wants collect money without abiding to duty to act.

The office was very clean, up to date equipment and services from what I could see. The staff was very nice and professional for the most part. I thought some of them were a little casual for my taste. Some of the conversations that were going on in ear shot didnt seem like the kind of stuff that should be discussed around customers/patients. Other than that I was pleasantly surprise at the care and speed. I had to get chest x rays. They did them right on sight, wrote me a script, sent it electronically to my pharmacist and called me with the results of my x ray before i had even gotten home. So definitely happy with the overall experience.
