Quest Diagnostic is my lab provider for my health insurance. I come for labs every three months. Service is good and the lab techs are generally friendly and do a good job taking my blood. Results are provided online fairly quickly along with being sent to my doctor. My only issue is that early morning appointments are always filled which means I have to come in on a walk-in basis which adds to my wait time. Additionally, they are closed on Saturday. read more

I did walk-in, because there were no open appts. When logging in, I was prompted to pick a time. I was ignored for over an hour. Others came in after me w/o an appt. but were taken in. I found out there is a standby option,,, they all saw me sitting here and said nothing!! I asked about it and the reply was, it's under other... people just don't look... and she walked away. Very sarcastic and rude tone. I hate coming here, but this is where my Dr sends me!! Then, I wasn't taken in on time... 15 min late!! it's a very terrible place to go no assistance all of there staff was very rud the they made me wait from 8 am fasting till 11am I would never come back to this place under any circumstances. read more

The over the phone appointment service is not very accurate. I scheduled an appointment and it provided me with a reference number. When I got to the location I checked in and I was no where to be found. The front office reception was very kind and generous . My only complaint would be the over the phone appointment not linking my appointment. read more

Was not happy with their service this time. I have went to quest for a few years now..today just really pissed me off. I haven't been to quest to do blood work since probably early 2021..they must have new employees there now because there were 4-5 patients waiting in the waiting room while they saw us, no one was at the front desk, and they were talking and conversating in the back about unnecessary things. Never told any of us they'd be right with us. Patients were frustrated and were having problems checking in on the pad..and they didn't come out and ask til about 25 minutes later. I used to get out of there in 15 minutes max. Today..30-35 minutes. Unacceptable. read more

Been coming to this location for over a year now and they are great. I only have time to come on Saturdays and every time I come iits a very pleasant time. They are prompt and courteous. And never intrude on my Saturday morning activities. read more

Went in this morning @ 6:30 am the three ladies, quest employees, showed up 2 minutes before opening, there were three people without appointments they asked if we had an appointment the lady who I presumed was the boss made a statement no more walk-ins, maybe appointment later in the day with her back to us when I asked what she meant she said without addressing me face to face "no more walk-ins", rudely, once in, the rudest of them all begin to say when the next appointment was can you come back? one man said no she said ok go somewhere else. I asked the rudest of the trio why!? that there is no one here but you are going to turn three people away she replied if you do not like it go somewhere else very rudely and turned and walked away as cowards do. I would not go to this facility if it was the only one left in the world I have been going to this place for three years. read more

This Quest location has always been very friendly and prompt with my wife, kids, and me. No complaints.

The lady here at the Tulare location was rude AF. I came during the wrong time frame and while I was trying to ask questions she literally kept telling me come back tomorrow and kept trying to talk to the customer behind me. Having a "busy" job is no excuse to be rude to people! read more

I came here to do a preemployment urine drug screen. They close at 3pm but stop taking urine drug screens at 2pm. If you are walking in, as long as you sign-in before 2pm they will test you. On a Friday afternoon they only have one employee doing tests and I waited an hour. The lab tech was very pleasant. I would return to this location for testing in the future with an appointment. read more
