To find out that my beautiful home in the Tower District has an old asbestos roof was a horror!! I knew this was going to be a huge hassle to properly dispose of this material but CVE was the correct company for the job!!! Greg walked the property with me the day prior and told me the game plan. The next day the crew should up ready to work and started to prep the jobsite. They did everything by OSHA standards and tarped the windows and draped the floors to begin tear off. They were also properly tied off to the roof and wearing all necessary PPE for the job. Overall it took them 3 days to complete my roof since the pitch is so steep but they handled it with easy!!! Friday was their last day of work and I was nervous that they weren't going to finish in time but boy I was wrong! They packed up all of their gear and cleaned the surrounding area. There was no debris or nails any where around my house, it looked like they were never there!!!! Thank you again CVE you did an amazing job and I hope I never need to use your service again but if I do will definitely choose Central Valley Environmental!!!

We had an electrical house fire that burned the entire attic. The water damage by the fire department was excessive. The house required full blown demolition and clean up - being stripped down to the studs and down to the sub floor. Complete removal of the remaining roof structure. Leaving an open top box of our house and see through walls. On a Sunday morning I mustered up the courage to call around for estimates. I left a message for three companies. Sam called me right away within the hour. The other company on Monday mid morning. The third company never called back. Sam had the heart to express his condolences for our loss and assured me that we would be taken care of. The other company was indifferent and calculating from the onset. This is what sets Rainbow apart from any other company. Rainbow was willing to work with us knowing we had no insurance to cover the cost. They beat the competitors estimate. I assure you they will out perform any company in the Central Valley. They go above and beyond in providing helping hands, consolation and strategizing when you just don't really know what to do and where to begin. They are professionals with heart, mind and soul. You won't meet better people in this world, in business or personally. Saiid and the crew of strong, courteous and respectful young men worked diligently and tirelessly. They came prepared with a positive attitude and willingness to help with all the miscellaneous extra help we needed. They helped move furniture and boxes and stuff that we just didn't have the strength or energy to do ourselves. Saiid and Sam are the salt of the earth. They are absolutely wonderful human beings. I am so grateful that God directed me to them. They have been a blessing to our family. They are forever in my heart and I am forever grateful for them seeing us through this entire experience. The interior of our house (or what remains of it) and the parameter outside was left completely clean. They sanded down the wood structure remaining and treated for mold. We are ready to rebuild. On Tuesday night at 10 PM I walked into my father's home after 1.5 weeks of being away and my dad away on Hospice dying to a massive flood caused by the refrigerator. I panicked and ran toward the refrigerator and fell so hard... I didn't know what to do so I took a photo of the leak and I input it on ChatGPT and CVWR was the first company it recommended. I called it and Tico picked up. He could hear the distress in my voice and in 30 minutes he and his entire team were at my home saving it. They cleared out all the water and the entire downstairs. This job was not an ordinary job, even though leaks are not ordinary... but there's a hoarding situation going on and my dad's home and they had to move so much out. They worked till very late and were beyond professional and empathetic toward my situation. They then left multiple dehumidifiers and air scrubbers for days to help stop the mold growth and dry out my house. Their team does everything from mitigation to reconstruction. Every question I asked, Tico answered in detail and I completely trusted him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about insurance and has a good working relationship with my insurance adjuster. They worked day & night and on weekends! People staying at my hotel had been waiting for over 2 years for their homes to be done, using other companies. We had a house fire and then found out we had asbestos that needed to be removed. We were told that after everything was cleaned up that they would contact us, so someone could be there when doing the inventory, and that way if there was any money or jewelry found they could hand it over. I did ask for some things to be removed when they were found just in case. We were also told that any items we wanted could be removed, but if it was something that was electrical or maybe something we really should not take, we would just sign a release so the company would not be responsible. Any hard items that we wanted to save would be cleaned and placed into a "clean room", until our house was completed. The few items they did remove were just dumped in the back yard. Not covered or anything. So we waited and waited for a call, then one day I receive an email with the inventory list. We were never called and nothing was saved, NOTHING! They threw away jewelry, limited edition mugs and glasses, knives, swords, plates, crystal, everything no matter what it was. I even had $250 in the bedroom that no one knows anything about. On the inventory list they even had things listed wrong, like my Calif King bed as a queen size bed and the box springs were listed as 2 twin size mattress. I had a number of things that I wanted to save that belonged to my mother who died in 1986. Now I have nothing. Everything I had been told by this company was all lies. They are even lying to the insurance company about everything, trying to say that stuff was compromised or broken. But in the pictures and were taken you can totally see that stuff was not broken or compromised. It's bad enough that you lose so much after a fire, but to put faith into a company and have then lie and steal from you makes it so much worse. I hope the insurance company, Liberty Mutual, never uses them again.
