I legit waited for 2 hours today after 24 hour fasting and watched 2 employees take their break and about 20 patients seen before me with an appointment and when I gave my name 4 different times in between the door opening they acted like I was lost or invisible then finally took me back to get my blood drawn that took 30 seconds. I should've drove to the ofallon location which I never have issues with. Learned my lesson today and a practice on patience! read more

I have been going to this Quest lab for a few years after being treated horribly at the other lab in town. I always get right in and am greeted in a kind manner. Unlike the other lab Quest keeps your business private. I always have the same phlebotomist and she is wonderful. You can't even tell I had my blood drawn. read more

While they can take samples for testing just fine, they are always behind. I've tried this location 3 times and the waiting room is always packed. I even made a 7:20am appointment today, thinking they couldn't possibly already be behind (since they open at 7am), but I was wrong. About 25-30 min behind already. They also announced to the waiting room that an employee didn't show up today and they were behind. She said if you don't have an appointment "good luck." Everyone had an appointment, though, and they are still behind. Very frustrating. read more

If you are going to close and or change your Saturday hours you could at the very least call your patients with schedules appointments and then place a sign on your door as a courtesy to your walk in patients. This is so disrespectful to patients with procedures scheduled. When open the staff are nice enough but this oversight cannot go unnoticed and reflects poorly on quest business practices. read more

I've been using Quest for many years, I haven't had any issues. I get lab work every 12 weeks and love using Quest. They are always nice, fast and painless. I schedule my appointments online and arrive 15 minutes early, I have never waited for long. Highly recommend over labcorp read more

Awful place. I am sitting in the lobby right now. I needed to do a pre employment screening (drug screening) and waited for almost an hour. When I provided the "sample" I was told "nope... not enough" and the sample was hastily thrown into the toilet. Next I was given a standard styrofoam cup with water in it, and the exact time written on the side. She said I needed to drink that cup and and sit in the lobby... then get a refill in the same cup 30 minutes after that, where they would then write the time on it again. Then 30 minutes later could get more water again. After that I would be allowed to "try the sample again". My work schedule is very busy today and this is the last thing I have time for. I am not allowed to reschedule because it would be considered "refusal to take the test". So right now I am sitting in the waiting room feeling like an idiot with my little cup of water with the time marked on it, in front of all the other patients. This was a humiliating and miserable experience. I have never done drugs and they make me feel like a common criminal... like I am trying to get away with something. Worst. Experience. Ever. I will be literally running to my company HR to let them know about the Quest experience. There has to be alternatives to this place. read more

i originally came here to get a blood test requested by my doctors, and when i first got there i checked in on the kiosk and everything was all good. my appointment was at 11:30 and i didn't get called back into the room until about 11:40, which was not too long of a wait. when i got called back and walked into the room, it immediately smelt like rubbing alcohol, it smelt sterile. the woman who drew my blood was really nice and respectful, she was quick with the needle and overall did an amazing job. i felt no pain and i would definitely recommend! read more

Best lab experience I have had in a while. Made an appointment and was seen at my appointed time and was out in ten minutes. I commented on quick service and was told they try to keep to appointed times but if you walk in you sometimes have to wait. Lady that saw me was very pleasant and efficient. They made me wait for 40 minutes until 1:30 even though I made an appointment for 1:00 and I got here at 12:50. They took people who came in after me at 1:15 and 1:20 and 1:25 before me. I really dislike these places in the first place but i had to for pre employment . These people at Quest are so rude and I had a terrible experience here. Read the reviews before I made an appointment, and was surprised at numerous negative reviews. My experience this morning was quite the opposite. Kudos to Brett the lab technician who drew my blood. He was very professional. very engaging, and very much into customer service. In addition, he did a great job drawing my blood. This place is a joke. I'd never recommend this service. I had some blood work done & my doctor finally received the results 4 months later. Had to move from one room to another to have the blood drawn, their computer was down. Felt sorry for the Gal taking my blood. She was trying to do the best she could with what she had to work with. read more

This place is a joke. Waited 45 minutes in the waiting room (the only one in there) and no one helped me. All to drop off a stool sample for my infant son. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Couldn't even get someone to come to the window to speak to. I had to leave because I assumed going on my lunch break would be plenty of time to DROP OFF a sample. Wrong. read more

I came here to get my first ever drug test for a job. I got there about an hour before they closed because that's the soonest I could get there, because of school. I got there at about 3:05 when they close at 4. I signed in and waited in the waiting room. When I finally got called back to see a "nurse." I told her that I was there for a drug test for a job and and she rudely told me that they stop doing them at 3:00(which I was never informed of in any email sent to me). I was 5 minutes late!!! And she had no empathy for my school schedule or that I wasted my time and gas driving all the way there (because it was not close to my house). I only have two days to do this drug test otherwise, I loose the job opportunity. Unfortunately, I have to leave school, go back to the company tomorrow, and take the test. I will be going to a different location that is twice as far just so I don't have to deal with the rude employee. I could not believe how incredibly rude this "nurse" was to me, a teenaged girl, who has no experience with drug tests whatsoever. I was already nervous enough to go by myself to get it done because of social anxiety. Let's hope the other locations have better staff. read more
