She stuck me twice and couldn't get it done. Because of her incompetence, I was referred to their Scripps location where I had a completely different experience! Tae B. was kind, patient and caring. She made sure I was comfortable (I'm a hard stick and I HATE getting my labs done) and gave me all the tricks of the trade on how to make future blood draws a positive experience. She went out of her way to reassure me and she is excellent at her job. I felt a tiny pinch, but no pain. The gentleman at the desk was a hoot as well. He made jokes and it seemed like he understood that blood draws cause anxiety for some. The whole experience was easy going even though I was a bundle of nerves. I won't forget how I was made to feel at this location. I was filled to the brim with anxiety and Tae made me feel seen. She said she's been a phlebotomist for over 20 years. The online appointment process is simple & you can check-in virtually from the parking lot. One if their greatest assets is the technician who checks you in (haven't got his name). He is very friendly, kind, tries to make you smile, and super helpful. When the other technicians are busy, he also steps away to draw blood as well. He is very skilled and makes the entire process a breeze. I actually look forward to coming back whenever labs may be due again. I've been to other LabCorp locations in CA and AZ, and can affirm that this location at 1 Scripps Drive is the best. Their operations & genuine friendly care for patients should be replicated throughout the LabCorp network. Kudos LabCorp!!

I thought I was lost and called the office the front desk person stayed on the line and helped me find the place. Turns out I was not lost I was going in the right direction. I was coming from Dixon and she actually lived in Dixon I was very grateful. Than with the drug test the stuff was understanding and took great care of me. ALL the office staff I talked to and who took care of me made me feel welcomed. I would really recommend this place to people because of the personality the staff had. The techs are great its the front desk that needs improvement. When you have an appointment for 9…read moream and you check in 15 minutes before 9 am it shouldn't take over an hour to be called in. Someone at the front desk did not fallow through on the job of completing the check in process. They took the money and gave me my wrist band, just didn't add it to the they're here list. So after they called in people who came in after us and listening to a dumb tech try to tell me stuff I already knew. That's when the front decided to see why they screwed us.
