I'll leave the kind of review I would have liked to find when I first Googled to find a treatment clinic: The fact that they take my insurance (Cigna) brought me to Quest, but I'm so glad it did because this has been the best thing I've ever done for myself. I've been on various antidepressants (Wellbutrin, Zoloft, Prozac, Cymbalta) over the years, and they helped, but only for a while before I had to switch again, and I don't remember any of them working as well or as quickly as Ketamine Therapy. It works differently from other depression treatments - all the others just evened my emotions out and numbed me, but it's easier to be productive and socialize instead of scrolling through the internet in bed all day. The bad: The Osmind App sent me a welcome email, but no way to get into the account, and the reset password button didn't work. It was easily resolved by calling and getting them to reset/send me a password. The good (from most important to just nice touches): Mitch is a certified anesthesiologist. I'm a patient with depression and anxiety, but chronic pain patients apparently take higher dosages, so that feels important. You're hooked up to an EKG, blood oxygen monitor, and blood pressure Cuff the whole time to monitor your vital signs. They've invested in great audio setups, comfortable electric reclining chairs, heated/weighted blankets, air purifiers in every room, etc. They make sure you're as comfortable as possible. The audio/music - I can't imagine how many hours Hayley has spent curating playlists to help guide you through the treatment. They're a great resource, and she gave me her username so I can listen to them at home after my treatments. The music plays in the room when you walk in, and on the headphones during your treatment session. Hayley and Mitch are just really kind and caring people. Call it good energy, friendly, relatable, whatever you want - they take the time to listen and genuinely care and want to help. You can reach someone anytime by hitting a button on the table next to you. They will check on you during your session, but you're mostly alone. Whenever I've needed to speak with Mitch or Hayley, I've just hit the button (it lights up to let you know they've been notified), and they're always there immediately. Before you begin your treatment, Mitch will place the IV (He's great, you'll barely feel it) and give you some anti-nausea meds through the IV. He will also give you some oral anti-nausea meds after your session if needed. Each patient gets their own eye mask. It's usually sitting in the treatment room waiting for me when I get there, but one session, they forgot it, and when they brought it into the room, it was in a Ziplock bag with my name on it, which I thought was really great for sanitary purposes. Scheduling has been easy. I arrange my appointments over text. The waiting area is nice and spa-like. You're not supposed to eat or drink anything for several hours before your treatment, so it's nice that they have water, tea, coffee, and candy available after sessions. Parking is easy, and their office is in an office park. I also don't really see other patients, so I don't know if they stagger patient sessions, but either way, it's very discreet. What it's like: It's different for everyone, but I enter a dreamlike state. I can still focus enough to lift the blindfold and check the time or something, but I have a better experience when I go where my mind takes me. *Uber or have someone else drive you. You do not want to be behind the wheel after your treatment. The feeling is similar to being drunk. read more

They truly care about their patients it means giving them a hug for reassurance or an extra blanket for comfort, Mitch has the absolute best bedside manner I am a very hard stick and he goes above and beyond to make sure he can get IV access in the least painful way possible, he customizes the doses of medication specifically for you if your feeling anxious he provides medication for that as well as for nausea and pain he really gives individualized care and never makes you feel rushed if you need to talk to him about anything either my life has been completely changed by ketamine I have gone off all anxiety medication which I was previously prescribed benzodiazepines 3 times a day my migraines have significantly improved as well as my lupus symptoms which was just a bonus because the main reason I went for treatment was for my bipolar,anxiety and ptsd which have all improved my day to day enjoyment of life and just doing simple tasks by over 80% I'm so thankful for quest ketamine and the amazing environment they provide their patients you do not feel like you stepped into a doctors office you feel like your going into your own cozy room with a warm blanket and treating your problems in the best way possible thank you quest ketamine for changing my life!!!! read more

What can I say? The service Quest Ketamine has provided me for my chronic pain and lupus has temporarily reset my life! I have been through unwanted trauma my entire life. Suffering from aches and pains is one thing; whereas, ketamine therapy has been a life altering effect. I would recommend this form of treatment to everyone. We all suffer from many traumas internally and externally and through diet and exercise I plan on having the new perspective to cope with my many health conditions. The worst pain we have all experienced is on the inside. I look forward to my new beginning as this kind of treatment is invaluable. I have suffered from various disorders from serve nerve damage from breaking my bones and back and I learned from a very young age that I was unable to defy gravity. My leg pain has temporarily gone away from having APS, which is a clotting disorder. Almost loosing my leg to a clotting disorder and amputation was bad enough. Dealing with those ramifications was extremely difficult and also my life long issues with skin issues and immflamation has also cleared up. I've never experienced this level of care at any level and do yourself a favor, and book you next treatment. I've been going to a ketamine clinic for sometime in Colorado that didn't provide any level of care in regards to really hammering down at my supplement and diet regime. This also feels to have reset my IBS, but unsure. Once again I implore you to pick up your phone and book your next chapter altering session at Quest This also helped with my anxiety and depression as well, all probably stemming from my chronic pain. The level of compassion Mitch has for his patients is impeccable. The first day of the chronic pain treatment was difficult and helped me face many demons from my past. He and his staff took the time to go through all my prescriptions and also my diet to help get rid of my immflamation at the root of the problem. Please if you have a chance take the time to do your research and do you self a favor at the Quest Ketamine clinic. I now feel comfortable to fly back to Denver, CO with a new belief system and the past is the past. To new beginnings for my new found life. Where East meets West. The heated and weighted blanket with the eye mask and noise canceling headphones were key. The staff helps put you at ease explaining all questions asked. From the first treatment, I felt comfortable and in good hands, and Mitch was able to monitor my progress and adjust my dosage effectively as I went through each session. I received ketamine therapy in November of 2024. I have taken some time to recover from my experience so that I can take the time to provide an honest and thoughtful review. I will also say that I did not fully do my due diligence and thoroughly research other clinics, and that I take accountability for. Quest Ketamine has all 5 star reviews on both yelp and google and I went to this clinic based solely on reviews. Their clinic is very nice, relaxing and comfortable. They did a great job with ambiance. The owners are also nice and welcoming. However, I always felt very rushed. They are 2 people with multiple clients receiving treatment. I felt like they were stretched thin. Sure, they were there to answer questions quickly (never siting down and taking the time) but then quickly hooking you up to an iv and off you go. I have since learned that I have a sensitivity to ketamine (also all pain meds and cannabis) which they told me was not an issue and that ketamine works differently. They need to do a way better job at preparing and educating people on ketamine. And disclosing all the possible side effects. I did a consultation with a gentleman on the phone and he was nice but not very informative. I was seeking ketamine for chronic headaches that I've had for 12 years. He recommended I do an intensive pain regimen of 4 - 2 hour sessions to be done within 6 days. I have 2 young kids, requiring lots of help from family and friends to get this done. I opted for 4 days in a row due to my schedule. My first session was good and I handled it well. My 2nd session, I panicked and thought I was dying...also the button for help was too far away so it took some time for him to come in and help me. I know this can happen sometimes with ketamine, so this isn't the clinics fault, and can sometimes be a good thing. Just wish I had been prepared for what I might experience (he just told me that I would know when it's too much ketamine). The 3rd session went well but then I experienced major anxiety at home. I couldn't sleep, couldn't eat...I was panicking that ketamine wasn't making my pain better and instead was giving me debilitating anxiety. I barely slept that night and woke up pacing. I texted multiple times and messaged the clinic. I had my 4th and final session that day and didn't hear from anyone until 1 hour before my session. They said sorry, our clinic doesn't open until noon. They said anxiety can sometimes happen and they will send me home with medication to help for a couple days. I decided to go finish my last session. I had discussed my horrible anxiety and he told me that it can happen for some people during ketamine but he doesn't tell people that because he doesn't want to unnecessarily cause anxiety. Felt icky to me and dishonest. If you know anything about anxiety, then you know that the unknown gives you anxiety. Anyways, I had a good session, I did start to panic slightly but my body knew the drill and I hit the help button and was able to complete my session. After I left, that's the last time I've talked to anyone there. It's like they get you in, give you ketamine and off you go. Onto the next. I even filled out their post ketamine feedback survey. I gave low ratings for how I was feeling and how I was having terrible anxiety. Nobody ever reached out! So crazy to me. This clinic seriously needs to work on support for their ketamine clients! My anxiety continued for about a month, until ketamine was fully out of my system. I also contacted another clinic because I was really struggling and I was immediately blown away by their compassion and support. They connected me with one of their therapists and she was incredible. She helped me digest what the heck just happened to me. And also, blew her mind that I did such an intense treatment. She was saying that my central nervous system was shot and never had a chance to recover. My brain never got rest. And on top of it all, I didn't feel safe in a lot of ways. I highly recommend Northwest Ketamine in Bellevue. Top notch! Also, for anyone doing ketamine...always do it with therapy! Do not venture it alone, trust me. That is a huge regret that I have. I also believe in Ketamine and despite my experience at Quest, there was some beautiful discovery and growth that happened. I credit myself for guiding me through it all and finding the beauty beneath the side effects. I hope this helped someone. read more

I was blown away by the team here. The staff is kind and accommodating; they put so much care into the experience. The treatment rooms are cozy and fitted with noise canceling headphones, eye masks, diffusers, and a comfortable recliner. I was a bit nervous going in, but Mitch made me feel safe and taken care of. I looked forward to coming back for each infusion, and it was such a wonderful experience that I even flew another family member out to be treated. I brought my husband here after trying all kinds of mainstream medical treatments. We were feeling defeated and like none of his ailments were going to ever improve.
