Ok what a scam. So I had to do a wayfair return on a small mini couch. Not I paid for fed ex…read moreground for return which cost me arou 28 bucks for this return. I needed a odd box that which to do it and they had the box I needed. 16 bucks wasn't bad. The service by the ladies there weren't bad. It was a heavy carry with my wife. It was long so it made it hard. Ok It's a long walk or carry from the parking to office. Asked if I could use a 2 wheeler. Denied. Ask if I could load and the pushed it. Stated a fee. So I finally get it packed and was ready to label it. Here is the kicker. They hAve a drop fee. Which was 44.00? No your hearing it right. 44.00 to drop it for fed ex to pick up at a fed ex store. I know that there are sub contracted. I was told it's a premium drop off cause of strip location. Hint it's not on the strip at all. Guess they mad cause shipping was all paid for and could make money so they have obsurd fee to make money. If it was 10. Ok. I'll bite. But ain't no way I'm paying 44 dollars to drop it fee. . Fed ex doesn't make any special trip there they there a couple times a day. It's named fed ex. I dragged it back to my work and dropped it for 0$. You all need to stop charging insane fees for every dang thing. The end attitude wasn't so nice.

Black and white prints and copies are 20 cents instead of the usual 10. A bit of a gouge, but I've seen these locations in prime tourist gouging spots go as high as $1 per b&w page in their shamelessness.
