They confirmed my order 3 times. 2 times on email and once over the phone ready for pick up Monday at the end of the day. Monday comes and nothing to pick up. I thought we'd be out of luck since we had no files of our previous design, but he said it was no problem like a pro! Thankfully, we were able to get ahold of our files and they were able to use them with only a few slight changes. They totally nailed it! Got us in asap, color changed one of the trucks so It would look white like the rest of the fleet and 3/4 wrapped the other to match. All in under a week. We have been through the ringer all these years with a few different wrap places, but at incognito wraps with Kathy and Joe at the helm, I am sure we've found our home!
