When first contacting this company everything seemed great. I scheduled for my sign to be replaced, but shortly after was told they needed to order the product so my project wouldn't be able to be done for another week. 1) A few weeks went by and nobody had reached out to me, I had to follow up with them to see if they had received the product. 2) During installation I messaged and sent pics to the company showing them that the sign was being installed incorrectly, both wrong position and wrong size. The company assured me it would be correct. The next day I arrived to see that indeed the sign was in the wrong position and was much larger than I had ordered. 3) The company took more than 2 weeks to correct the issues and do the reinstall. This caused me to get additional charges from my property management for utilizing more signage. 4) The final results were less than amazing. There are scratches in the print that the company blamed on the fixture, BUT these scratches were not present with the first incorrect installation and I was never made aware of any type structure issues that would result in scratches. After installation I was not sent an invoice or quality checked until 4 weeks later. At this point I brought up my issues again and asked if I could receive some sort accommodations for my bad experience and extra charges I had incurred due to the first incorrect installation. I was told no and charged full price. Also during this time the company wouldn't answer calls and would only text. I never even received an apology for their mistakes. read more

Highly recommend this business. Communication was great, everything was done through email which can sometimes get lost in translation, but they are incredibly responsive and knocked it out of the park. Exceeded every expectation we had. Our logo is apparently a difficult logo and other companies refused to do it because they said it couldn't be done unless we did a print which would get sunburn and turn black within a year due to the location the building faces. YC Signs said they would take a crack at it and we are beyond impressed. It looks better than any other sign in our development. I'll be using these guys again in the future when I open up a second location. This thing looks awesome at night as well. read more

Unlike other companies who bid the job, they recognized and remedied severe sun damage to the mounting surface before installing our signs. I'm anticipating that our signs might actually last longer than some neighboring businesses who just slapped up new graphics onto the damaged subsurface. Forget about getting a timely quote, and on top of it the person who takes the calls has a very limited English to the point that, no matter how simply you explain your needs he will have a hard time understanding. I went and got a quote from this company just to see how much they would charge me for the exact same time they did for a friend of mine. I was not shocked when they over quoted me. My friend who had a sign done, there was a crack in one of the letters and a few of the led build would flicker, " I am not a sign guy" but that does not seem to be the way to make money. I would not recommend this company. I am sure there is a better company out there. Honestly I feel that there might be something shading going on with this place, but I am no detective. This business is run by a female and I think she is the owner too. My project is not done yet, going through the permitting process with City of Henderson but the dedication she showed so far is beyond my expectation. I have priced out by various sign company to relocate a existing sign from Las Vegas to Henderson. By far she was the lowest bidder and she start working on the project right away. I don't know if any of you ever build anything in this town, its hard and nefarious to navigate through contractors but she came out as a pleasant relief, out of everyone so far.
