The poor people parked in the Handicap spot had a little boy in a wheel chair who looked to be around four or five, who appeared to have Cerebral Palsy. It was raining and they couldn't get the poor little guy in the van because this guy parked so close in the yellow lines. The people had to go in and ask for someone to come move it. The guy comes out with an attitude saying "looks like a perfectly good spot to me. Looks like a spot." The dad of the kid was rightfully getting really annoyed and this guy was being a complete jerk, even though he was obviously wrong and caused this little guy to be in the rain while they tried to get him to move. The mom looked like she was about to cry. I heard the guy say "What are you going to do call my boss? Go for it. Call my boss" and then laughed. I looked on the website and he appears to be the owner, which is why he didn't care. I didn't call because I figured it would fall on def ears. Before you support JKS Home Improvement, I suggest you think about the kind of person you are dealing with!!! Needing some remodeling work and never had to use a contractor in the Ithaca area, I started asking for a good contractor. I received Chris Eder as reference to use. From our first phone call, he was very professional. Chris was very punctual for our first meeting and after looking at the job that I wanted him to do, he gave me a written email estimate later that evening. Every day for work he was on time, and every day when he was done working, he always cleaned up debris or mess that he had made as if he had not even been there. I am very pleased. I have had Chris do several different jobs for me on my house and rental and he has never failed me. He has remodeled three bathrooms, trim work around floor and windows, carpet/vinyl flooring installation, subflooring, installed electric baseboard heating, ceiling lights, minor electrical work and building storage shelves in my garage for me. Chris is always accommodating around my work schedule when he does a job for me. He has never started a job and then left me hanging days before returning. Every time I have asked him to do a job on whatever days I am available Chris is always there on time, always professional, very reasonable and works harder than a beaver with dull teeth. I already have plans to use him in the future for my home and rental property.
