The next morning I called them right after they opened and explained what had happened and that we were trying to be in Cincinnati for a graduation that day. He asked what time we needed to be there and he said he would see what he could do. They found the parts, got them installed and had us done by 11:15am. We made it to the graduation and sat down with 1 minute to spare. As much as the invoice stung when I looked at the price break down the invoice was fair. I don't feel they took advantage of us or charge any rush fee. If I lived there I would use them for all my repairs. If you are stuck on the 75 north near mile marker 26 use these guys.

And he said he called the warranty shop and got it approved to be fixed, well he said he was looking for a used transmission for the car and 4 weeks later still was saying he couldn't find a transmission for the car. And finally I got fed up and went to retrieve my car and went into the shop and all he was doing was sitting on his fat ass doing absolutely nothing while my car was sitting outside. He lied about calling the warranty place and lied about trying to find a transmission. Hes a liar and scammer!
