Went back inside, and he claimed that he simply didn't have the tool to clear the codes and it was totally fine. As a college student in a new town and someone who doesn't know a lot about cars, I believed him. The breaks didn't feel right so I ended up taking the car to a different guy and it turns out D&D didn't do a simple task to prep the car(a well known thing that a simple YouTube video even explains) and now my breaks and master cylinder are badly damaged. After going back and asking D&D to make it right, and even being willing to settle for just getting the $600 back I paid and not the $3000 it will take to fix the car, he told us to try and sue him cause he would obviously win and said that the issues were already there before I took it in(which doesn't even make sense considering I asked him to FIX my breaks). Do not take your car here, ESPECIALLY if you have a Toyota.

I called D and D and they came, towed my car to their shop, and figured out what was wrong and got me back on the road so I could make it home that same night. Otherwise I was thinking about renting a car and driving home and then back to pick up my car later (which is what I would've had to do with 2 other shops I talked to that day and would've been 3 hours each way). Also they are so warm and friendly and helpful. They even checked my fluids as they didn't want anything else to mess up my trip home and found that I was super low in oil so they replenished that as well for me. I really felt like they cared about me and really wanted to help me get home on my trip. Highly recommend them.

It's a new truck so, the dang thing was flashing and beeping. I pulled off the next exit and I went to 3 gas stations and paid for three different air pumps. Not one worked properly. I finally googled tire shop and tire discounters popped up. They were about to close but, a young gentleman with curly reddish brown hair had no problem opening up the shop doors and filling up our tires. I can't bring it to the one in Corbin though and everything is fine. Last time I went for a wheel alignment and I left with it driving worse and they unplugged a sensor to my wheels. Yesterday, my husband took his truck for a wheel alignment after working on his truck. His truck just had an alignment about a month ago from the Johnny wheels in Corbin, but Williamsburg said they couldn't because he needed to replace a part first. Even though after beinging it home we found it didn't seem they had even tried to attempt Any work on his truck. They also were supposed to put in new valve stems which they said were hard and would take a lot of time so they just didn't do It. Even though Walmart did one for my of the exact kind easily. Lol I thought this was supposed to be a tired shop. Anyways, they then went on to loose the valve stems and break a piece of his bug reflecter on the front of his truck without evening thinking maybe they should mention it to us. We didn't notice until we got home. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Such bad business and poor work ethic.
