From that point on I've frequented a few times and each time I'm greeted with a smile and helped right away. Today was no different. I had two gentleman assist me with the light bulb purchase and they were very nice and friendly. I am glad that there is a store near by that can assist me without me having to run around the store looking for help. They are located in the lot by Lowe's and next to a Mexican restaurant. There were a few other customers in the store, but that didn't delay anyone coming to help me. I will continue to purchase from this store for as long as they are around and they have been around A VERY LONG TIME!

On both occasions that I have visited the Cordova Graham's, the staff have been incredibly unhelpful and bordering on rude. When I asked staff a question about their products, they barely looked at me and instead told me to go look through the store for myself, refusing to answer my questions. Once might have been a fluke, but twice points to a serious management and culture issue. I don't really understand the point of having sales floor staff if they can't be bothered to help their customers, much less treat them with kindness. I won't be back.

Get the call a week later, went by to pick it up.... it was the floor model they took down and boxed up. I told them I had purchased a new fixture on sale not a discounted used floor model. I'm still waiting for them to return that money. Being pricy doesn't make your store "high end" I was very disappointed, but only after 5 days after our check cleared the bank, and hadn't picked up what was paid for in advance. Lesson learned

It was a joy working with them! This installation was for a 1/2 acre sloping lot complicated by tall, old trees, 30 year old gardens, a 20x40' gunite pool with a retaining wall and planting strip, a koi pond, a 20 x 20' aggregate patio, aggregate walkways, and a 20x20' workshop building. In short, everything that would make it difficult-was. Not a problem for them. They had reassured me me that if they dug into a 30 year old french drain on one side of our house, they'd replace it. They did and my husband told them it wasn't necessary to replace because it was full of dirt and probably not working. They noticed it was working, had to be there, and they replaced it because otherwise, we would have a drainage problem on one side of our house.

Once our sod was laid half of it was dead within a week. We tried contacting Russell to get some advice and he never returned our calls.
