I gave this quite a bit of time hoping they would come through and now 18-months later, the yard is…read morea mess. The company was hired to put in a retaining wall, grade the backyard to fix drainage issues and tie in our downspouts to run to a breakout in the curb in Summer/Fall 2024. The backyard still has serious issues with drainage and large parts of the sod installed by 901 are dying or dead where the water is still pooling. This was after numerous attempts reaching out to ask for this to get fixed that fall. The issues included flooding our new porch with water after rainstorms. They put in one drain basin by the door and stated any additional drains would require more money even though the job was to fix the drainage. They said the other drainage issues would improve in the Spring when the sod set. They stopped answering my calls and texts when I shared there were continuing issues in the following Spring/Summer. I have text upon text showing the issues and no reply. All and all, they did not meet our expectations on what they said they would do to fix the drainage and didn't stand behind their work. Once they had all of their money, they did not return calls. Just be sure to get everything they say in writing and ask for a better guarantee. I now have to spend more money to get the drainage issues fixed and replace the dead sod.
