After a recent storm, three breakers in one of my rental properties were tripped and would not reset. Before scheduling service, I specifically asked the person on the phone whether there was a minimum service fee, hourly rate, or any upfront cost. I was clearly told they would need to come out, assess the issue, and then provide an estimate. No pricing, diagnostic fee, or minimum charge was disclosed. When the technician arrived, he spent less than five minutes at the property and simply flipped the breakers back on, confirming they were already in working condition. There was no repair, no parts, and no real troubleshooting performed. Only later in the day was I presented with a $238 bill. As a rental property owner who manages multiple properties, transparency in pricing is extremely important. At no point was I informed that I would be charged nearly $240 just for someone to show up and flip a breaker switch. The situation feels beyond misleading. I believed I was receiving an estimate, not authorizing an expensive service charge. Charging hundreds of dollars for less than five minutes of basic "work", without clearly communicating fees upfront, is unacceptable business practice. There are many honest electricians who provide clear pricing before performing work and who respect their customers' time and trust. I will not be recommending Haley Electric and will never use this company again for any of my properties.

I went another route, but apparently they kept my information and called me 2 months ago to offer an "AC tune-up and water heater flush" for $49. When I asked what the technicians would do on the tune-up, the salesman had no idea. He was embarrassed when I asked the question but told me he would have a technician call or email me with the details that day or the next. I agreed to book the service, and the salesman took down my new address. They were about three weeks out on appointments, so we set the date for June 6th between 11am and 1pm. I received no email or follow-up on the details of the service as promised. This should have been a red flag, but I didn't think much of it. I figured I could ask the technician when he arrived. On June 6th I took off work to be home for the service. At 1:15pm no one had arrived or called so I contacted Infinity. The scheduler informed me that the technician had gone to my house, and no one was there. After some checking we realized they had gone to my old address and when I was not there simply left. They did not contact me in any way nor would they have if I had not called. I explained that I took the day off and was home, they could just add me to the route at the end of that day. The answer was no they cannot do that, even though they went to the wrong address and could reschedule me for June 20th at best. I had taken off work that day and was not about to give them another three weeks and take another day off for a company that was not willing to admit they made a mistake and do their best (anything) to make it right. I was obviously upset and asked for a manager or the owner. When this was denied, I asked for a callback from a manger or owner and was told they would call that day or the next. As of 11 days later I have not received any contact from them and decided to write this review. The bottom line is I have heard good things about this company, but I will never now because their poor customer service didn't allow me to find out. I was hoping to get a quote on replacing two of the old units and ducts at my house that are on their last legs, but not anymore. This and the likely $20k+ in business that would have brought them will go to another company, one which respects my time. If you are looking for Air Conditioning needs in the greater Memphis area, my opinion is that you look somewhere besides Infinity Heating and Air Conditioning.

Do not use Tim Ferguson for any Generac/Generator servicing. Used them for a general service and…read moretake care of a simple error code. The tech changed the oil and serviced the generator but did it before fixing the error and then proceeded to not be able to clear the error. Therefore the oil couldn't cycle through to prevent further damage because the engine wouldn't crank. Supposedly the service manager couldn't troubleshoot either or they just wanted to charge me $200/hr for diagnostics and the error which they thought was the control board. I do not know if they didn't know how to fix or if they just wanted to charge me more money. Simple google search said change the battery and I did that myself and generator cranked and no issues. Was trying to find a reputable company so I don't have to maintain it myself but Tim Ferguson is not that company. Very disappointing given their supposedly good reputation.

I was asked to reschedule my appointment. I can understand this type of thing can happen. My appointment was rescheduled for today at 4pm. I got a call at 1142am this morning from James Crume telling me he was about 30 minutes away from my house and wanted to know if he could stop so he would not have to wait until 4pm. I told him I could not due to a conference call at 1230pm. Then he began to question me wanting to know what time I would be finished and why was my appointment scheduled so late in the day, then he had the nerve to say he did not want to wait until my appointment time. The last time I checked anyone running a business need to be mindful of the customer. I told him not to even worry about coming and I would contact Generac for someone who wanted my business and knows what customer service really means!!!
