I hate to write this review because at one point I had a close relationship to the owner Deron Bradley, but the way I've been treated is flat out disrespectful and I do feel it is important to share my experience. Deron and I met before he had this shop. He started buying tires from me at a discount to mark up for a profit while he was building his business. I've gotten stitches from tire machines helping him install tires before he had his own machine because I wanted to make sure he didn't get any scratches or scuffs on his customer's wheels. I was really proud of our partnership. I referred his triplets, Dylan, Dustin, and Dalton to the company I was working for at the time so they could work and gain experience. None of that mattered to Deron clearly. I took my vehicle to him last March to take care of a hail damage claim because he was who I trusted in the industry. I got my insurance to send him a 12k+ check to get my repairs done. We decided to order parts and they were supposed to take 6 weeks to come in. It went way past 6 weeks and I was starting to get pulled over for my taillight being out and I was tired of waiting. We went back and forth several times and I decided to give him more time only to have to come back several weeks later again to find out we still don't have parts. I ultimately decided to cancel because I needed the work done in a timely manner. Deron informed me he would be keeping $2,000 for a "restocking fee" he was being charged by the company we ordered parts from and refunding me the rest. He has only refunded me a little more than half of my insurance claim check to date. I reached out to the company he order parts from to ask for an update on an order placed by Deron. Not knowing what he placed the order under, I had them check his name and direct information and also the shops name, address and info. They showed an inquiry in the system but never an order. This of course was the beginning of the end of the positive relationship we've had for years! I've sent him business in the past and can't tell you how many people I've referred his business to for their needs. He won't even respond to my calls, texts, or emails to his direct line or his public business contact info. He still owes me $5415.58(this includes the bs restocking fee). I will not pay a restocking fee for something that was never ordered! He has yet to prove he ever even ordered these parts. We are friends on facebook and I see him posting his frivolous purchases while he still owes me money and claims to not have any funds to refund me. I've gone in person to personally speak with him to recover funds several times and he says he doesn't have the assets to provide me with the refund. Not to mention he makes me wait 30-45 minutes in the showroom just to have a simple conversation which I am understanding of having worked in the business. I will never refer anyone to this company again. If he cannot produce the assets to refund a customer for products he never ordered in 11 months there is no way I'd trust him to ever cover something going wrong in the event a shop accident or something unpredictable happened. read more

I was in and out in under 45 minutes with brand new Toyo Proxes Sport tires which I find quite impressive. I initially emailed for a quote the Saturday evening prior and had a response within the hour. On a Saturday! Deron made a tire recommendation that was not only better but also less expensive than the ones I was looking for. Fixed both of my 22" wheels from some bad curb rashes. Came back looking new again with new powder coating.

My car was promised to be ready within 1 week max 2 weeks and 8 weeks later I got it finally back. Battery was dead (don't they trickle chargers?), the airbag light was on and scratches on the car. Not satisfied at all! I wish I would never have contacted them! Made a very good impression initially - but no communication whatsoever and at the end overcharged non-authorized amount of over $2k. Definitely recommend to take your car to a more honest shop. read more
