Joseph, the owner was easy to text with, answered ALL questions, as I had a lot since I've never had this type of work done before. Joe, the technician, showed up on time, updates prior to arriving. This company is great! I had the tech Shane. He was very friendly and efficient! I was able to get a quote by sending in photos. It was affordable and competitive with the other places I had called. I was able to set an appointment for 2 days later. For a small fee they will come to you! Which was so convenient! They sent me a photo the day before to tell me what tech I should be expecting which I really appreciate the safety of that as a women. My center console is all fixed up and looks as good as new! Worst experience in my life!!! Went to get small touch up on a small scratch on seat, the idiot did like 20 layers of paint and painted almost the entire got damn seat which was not even close to a match on my seat. They used cherry red on orange seats. On a bmw at that. Just so they could make $200, on top of that the idiot didn't even clean the seat or prep it before painting so it all chipped and faded the very same day. Now it's costing me $1,400 to replace the whole got damn seat cause how crappy of a job they did. There's paint drops here and there. I have no damn clue how they are in business. Shouldn't touch someone's car if you can't get even a close color match or have idiots working there who have no clue wtf their doing. They spent 4 hours just to make it look 10X worse than when I brought it. read more

I have a 2004 Acura TL, which developed a crack along the edge of the passenger side airbag. No one would touch a repair, but Dye Guy stated that they could place a "dash cap" over the entire dash top, to hide the crack. After the first cap wouldn't adhere, and looked pretty bad, Dye Guy came out with a new, replacement cap from the manufacturer, that initially looked as if it fit better. WRONG!!!!! After a few days, I noticed that it didn't quite fit in a few places, and lately it has been coming loose all around. Don't get one of these, at least not if you own an Acura! This has been a total waste of money, and now my dash is so torn up, I am left with either a crappy plastic cap that doesn't fit, or replacing the whole dash for around $2,500. I wish I'd just left it alone, and learned to live with the split dash! read more

I came to do business with the dye guy through a friend of mine who works in a automotive interior shop. I called him he quoted me a price for a convertible top for my PT Cruiser. I bought the top on eBay, but when he opened the box there was a defect in the top. He called me immediately, the only real fix for this was for him to put a patch on it. On a brand new job I was a little disappointed in the people that sold me said top. I picked up the car today the top looks perfect, the installation was impeccable. The installer went over the top with me and had to point out where they had to patch it. I couldn't see it I wouldn't have found it without it being pointed out. He did not charge extra for the patch. I would go there for any of the services they provide. A lovely experience I thank him for his craftsmanship and customer service. read more

We had a couple of minor glitches which he rectified perfectly and had a great attitude and work ethic throughout. He did my friend's treasured MB Gullwing as well, and it also looks fabulous. I noted that somebody gave him a bad review elsewhere on the web, but it made no sense to me and doesn't sound anything like my experience.
