Ever walk into a business and your gut feeling tells you that something is not quite right? I should have followed my instincts, but I wanted to help out a local mom and pop type of business. Big mistake. Cannot recommend Hector. Never called to let me know my print was ready. Couldn't find my print when I arrived. Added surprise charges. Even charged me extra to use a credit card. I just had the loveliest experience with this place. I had received a canvas in the mail, but it wasn't clear to me how to hang it. When I walked into Quick Frame, a very pleasant, friendly young man welcomed me, and when I said I wanted to hang this in the simplest way, he suggested picture wire across the back. I sat and waited for under 10 minutes and he fixed it up for me, so all I'd have to do is go home and hammer a nail. I asked how much, and he insisted it was free, no problem, enjoy the picture. Wonderful family owned business. I brought in 3 posters that I wanted to have framed for my husbands office and I could not have been happier. I was told that the frames would be ready in 2 weeks and I asked if it could be sooner and they had them done the following week! This is a true mom and pop operation. The dad, Hector does the framing and he does a beautiful job! My husband is very particular about the corners being perfect and they were! The mom works the front and takes the orders and it seems like their son helps out all around and he is their public relations guy. I love this place! For starters, the quality of their frames and craftsmanship is fantastic. They have a big variety to choose from ranging from traditional gold to modern aluminum to reclaimed wood, and intricate to simple. Also I'm a fan of mid century frames and they have a nice selection if these as well. Also, the prices can't be beat- seriously, before I found them I was spending a small fortune on frames. Since I am a professional artist, I constantly need frames and Quick Frame has never let me down. The prices are incredibly reasonable. There standard time for delivery is one week but a few times I had to rush orders and they are always happy to do what they can. And lastly, it's a family run business and the family is so warm and kind. Totally recommend this shop!! read more

I came to this place because I wanted to frame a big poster that I gave to my friend. The place where I went before gave me an over $300 estimation of the frame and the work... Quick Frames by Hector provided a large selection of very affordable options, helped to chose the type of frame which would go with the colors and the style of the poster. Hector and his team Did such a great job on some canvases that I brought in. When I ordered the canvases from a different company I didn't realize it was coming unstretched.
