Had an encounter with the owner of this business as I happened to park in a space in front of his shop while I needed to run inside the medical office next door. I couldn't believe the way this business owner approached me upon my return which was only a few minutes. He harassed and threatened me, was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. To be polite I was planning on stopping in the printing store afterwards to purchase something, however when I went outside to my surprise I saw a van with a printing shop logo on it and a blue car parked directly behind me and blocking me in. While I was in the actual parking spot the other cars were parked purposely to block in whomever had parked in that space. I decided to ring the doorbell for assistance and before I could say anything the owner came out yelling at the top of his lungs and cussing at me loud enough for others to hear and blaming me for customers he may have lost. I apologized repeatedly, tried to explain why I parked there and offered to buy something from the print shop. He refused to sell me anything and continued to cuss and yell at me threatening to call a tow truck and that he was not going to move his cars. After repeatedly harassing me and cussed me out he walked away into his business leaving me blocked in unable to leave the parking spot. About ten minutes passed as I waited outside patiently and trying to recover from the panic attack he caused me, I noticed he was watching me from the door. One of his employees went into the blue car and the business owner went to his van and finally move them so I could leave. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to and treated and did not deserve such humiliation knowing that I was polite and apologizes. I would not recommend this business seeing how he treats women. read more

The Printing House really saved my butt while I was planning a huge event for my company. I came here based off my coworker's recommendation and the fact that it's walking distance from my job. I was greeted by Bijan, told him I needed to get menus and a 'find your seat' printed, and he was able to fulfill my requests by the next day. I contacted The Printing House for a rush project I needed for a client's event. I worked with Bijan who was responsive to my emails and questions. I needed a 24x36 poster printed on a heavy foam board and the center cut out for a photo booth prop. Bijan came in at a rate that was about 20% less than other local printers and the turnaround time was extremely fast. The project came out great. My only issue was that by the end of the event the foam board had bent in one corner. This could have been from user error, as guests were holding the prop throughout the evening. They said no problem; even if it's a small job, they'll do it. When I arrived it was a totally different story. They employees and owner were very rude. They kept printing out my stuff the wrong size, and the printing itself was of bad quality; it even left black lines on the top of the pages. They of course blamed my files.
