She refused to send us previous years tax returns she lied and misrepresented a lot of things and she also tried to charge over 3,000$ for our taxes when the previous years it was only around 1500$ for my husband and I. I will most definitely be reporting her to the IRS for all of her sketchy behavior and for refusing to send our tax returns to us. 0/10 would not recommend.
