Previously the strut on the right front had come loose banging the hood above it. Now the popping noise had been occurring ever since. My complaint is on 10/14; I was told that they could not replace the belt because the belt tensioner was frozen/stuck. It needed to be replaced as well as a Tie-rod end on the right side. On 10/15 2or3 people did not show up for work so my car did not get done. I needed to go to work on 10/6 but the guy that would work would not come in until 11:00am. So, my car did not get finished. I took the Belt tensioner that was replaced to somebody else. They did not think it was frozen. He also mentioned a lady's car he had worked. Goodyear also give her a $7000 estimate. I think that some of their employees don't like to work on Hi- mileage cars

This was just me being a walk in customer. The parking lot is very large with plenty of parking. The showroom is also too large and has many different types of tires and various rims and wheels for sale to make your vehicle look more sporty and cool. The staff seemed like they knew what they were doing and we're happy that I was there as a customer. They have several days open for various types of tire changes and other similar work that they do. And they have a large selection of tires in stock for this being a small town.

I told them I wanted the replacement tire put on the rim and, because they were so busy, don't mess with the spare, I can put the new tire on. 1 hour and $135 later, I'm advised that anti-seize lubricant was used on the stems and 1 broke, 2 won't tighten. why did they even mess with the spare?!? Then they came to tell me that 2 studs broke now and 1 won't tighte. I said to get the car out in the parking lot and my mechanic will take care of it because I'm not paying them for stems that should have never been messed with and shouldn't have broken off unless THEY DID SOMETHING to it! I walked home and will have to pay to buy new stems and a ride service company to take me over there so I can do it myself if my mechanic is busy. To anyone not aware: I never thought about only taking in the rim inside to replace. They shouldn't have even taken the car in the garage! Also, "mounting" isn't for putting the tire on the rim. It means putting it on the car. These things are good to know so you don't get scammed. At least I know now! Don't go here!

I hate giving 1 star because I can't give zero. If I had to guess, these guys bought a bunch of…read morerandom parts from the junkyard and threw that garbage in my truck. I've literally spent the last year replacing nearly every part they put in. If you have a diesel truck, do not take it to them for repair. Seriously DO NOT DO IT! After buying my truck and "bullet-proofing" it there, I have learned they do not use genuine OEM Ford parts. I have had issues with overheating, leaking from the bull-s(-)!T radiator and a blown up turbo after these geniuses rebuilt it. Today, I had a leak in my high pressure oil system and the mechanic found a hunter orange colored fuel injector. They've never seen anything like that in any other truck. It is the root cause of the leak, connect the dots friends, that little surprise was installed on my truck by these hayseeds. PLEASE, FIND A REPUTABLE MECHANIC. THESE PEOPLE ARE THIEVES, KEEP SHOPPING!

I wish I could do Zero stars! These people kept my brother's truck for 3 weeks and put over 1,000…read moremiles on it. They refused to return it and told him he would never see his truck again, so he had to call the police. When he got it back they had been hauling things in it and it was covered in mud. The brand new body panels that were in the bed of the truck were soaked. They didn't do any repairs in the time they had it, they simply used it for hauling things and scratched up the paint and ruined the wheels. Save yourself tons of trouble and heartache and do not use these people!!
