Due to the low temperatures when I picked up the vehicle, I was not able to operate the top since the rear window is plastic. They informed me the top worked and to bring it back in the spring if it did not. I paid $460. I got the vehicle out of storage in May of 2025. The first time I operated the top, it did not work. I took the vehicle back in July 2025. They had the vehicle until December 2025. They gave up on the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle up in December 2025. The top still did not work. They had the vehicle a total of eight months and charged me for their time and I had a vehicle that did not work. Also while they had the vehicle the left rear window stopped operating. They wanted me to pay for the parts and labor to fix the window. When I dropped the vehicle off in July 2025 I had ¾ tank of gas. When I picked up the vehicle in December 2025 I had ¼ tank of gas. When I asked if the vehicle had been driven they stated it had not been driven. I then showed them photos of the gas gauge of when I dropped off the vehicle and when I picked it up. He stated he didn't know why the vehicle had been driven. I took my vehicle somewhere else and they fixed the issue in three days and did not take the vehicle for any joy rides.

The folks at Norm's were courteous and knowledgeable, I was givin an estimate that was really reasonable for the amount of work needed to fix the rat's nest of wires under my old Ford's hood. I dropped off the truck at 9am and it was ready to go by 2pm, I can't even find anyone on the west side who will do anything on the day you drop off your vehicle. My stepdaughter is delighted to have a reliable vehicle to get to work with, and I'm blown away at seeing my old beater be a reliable daily driver again. He kindly inspected my tire, thought it could be fixed, and pointed me up the road for a repair which got us home to Virginia safely. They charged me $500.00 to put the parts on, cash again. So I paid them $1,200.00. When I had 300 miles on the car I checked the oil. They didn't change it but put a new sticker on the windshield. They kept my 5 gallons of oil and a new GM filter. I wonder if they used my quality AC Delco brake parts on their vehicle and put on some junk? I called and asked for a receipt and Chris went off on me saying he doesn't give receipts for cash. What a dishonest jerk. I finally got a receipt for the fuel line and caliper.
