The Brigham City location went downhill fast. We have spent hundreds of dollars on the monthly unlimited plans for two of our vehicles. Several weeks ago, I noticed that the tire brushes were nonfunctional. We run each car through the wash at least once or twice per week. Each time washing a car, I noticed that the tire brushes were not repaired. Just yesterday (8/14/2023), I ran both cars through and noticed that in addition to the tire brushes not functioning, two of the main wash brushes failed to make contact with the car. I pay in excess of $50 per month for the "Ceramic Duck" wash mind you. When I mentioned to an attendant that the tire brushes and main wash brushes were not functioning correctly, she responded with, "We know and we are working on getting the problems fixed". Here's where it gets good, she went on to tell me that I have to understand that they [Quick Quack] have more than one location and that their maintenance person will get to the problems at this wash when he has time. Once I heard that, I told the young lady to CANCEL my plans on both cars and that I would not be back. I would rather hand wash my cars than pay a monthly fee for the the "Best" car wash plan that they offer that fails to deliver. Everything is expensive these days and I refuse to spend my money on substandard service! Please see the pictures that I took immediately after running my cars through the wash. Sadly, our car was damaged by the car wash and after reporting the damage immediately upon exiting the car wash, the way this incident was handled was less than favorable. First, the attendant took my information down on a yellow sticky note rather than completing an incident report. I was told his boss would contact me later that day. After going online that night, I saw that an official incident report was to be completed, so I went down the next day. The form says someone would contact me within three days. NO ONE CALLED. I called the number on the form, and they apologized and said they would reach out to the owner and someone would contact me within three days. NO ONE CALLED. This went on two or three more times with various stories of how they are passing the information on to higher level management and someone would contact me. NO ONE CALLED! I gave this business more than a considerate amount of time to respond. This is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS! I will never recommend nor use this business again. Highly disappointed with their business practices! UPDATE: In response to QQ comment: I spoke to two employees at the facility who stated they would pass along the information, I filled out an incident report and called the number on the incident report three or four times and spoke to individuals who work for QQ and each time they took down my contact information and auto information. They stated that they would ensure that the information would be passed along to the correct individuals. I'm sorry, but in this case you are incorrect in your statement provided here. Washed my car ok, there were remnants of bugs on my windshield still (just like all of the car washes in Brigham). I got the best wash they have and a month subscription to try them out for a month. I do love that the vacuums are free. Overall impressed but I wish the bugs were off my windshield completely. read more

I know you see these people complaining about how there license plates get bent out, Easy fix for this is put a metal license plate frame on, or take front plate off. it's not enforced unless an officer is looking for a reason to pull you over... read more

They lied to everyone during their grand opening. They told everyone they could get one month for $10 for their grand opening special but failed to tell people it would automatically put them in their most expensive monthly membership. Even when we asked twice if this is what would happen the guy assured us no. Now we are in a membership. They charge you $5.00 to cancel the membership. Oh, and the car wash itself sucks. Never gets the hood or the back of my car. We don't need a light and soap show with a cute duck logo. We need a car wash that actually washes your car and HONEST employees would be nice. Horrible service and wash. Made me back up and let others go since no one was there to take money till after I was past the empty employee station. No option to self pay. Thought payment was made farther down the line. read more

Good car wash. I like the unlimited plans, free vacuums and covered drying areas. We use it weekly on multiple cars.

Don't go to Brigham City Quick Quack Carwash! We took our pickup through it and it tore our antenna off but it didn't clean the bugs off the truck. We told them it tore our antenna off and they said, "We aren't responsible for after market parts." We said, "It isn't an after market part."And she said, "well it's an antenna." So we asked if we could get our antenna back and she said, "No, we are too busy." So we drove off with no antenna, plenty of bugs on the windshield and grill, and irritation from the lack of customer service. Not good. read more

It's a car wash...meh. Had two instances of damage ( both bent rear license plate ). Here is the real reason why it gets one star, anyone unfortunate enough to be talked into a membership good luck trying to cancel. its taken 3 emails and still no luck.
