Not a personal experience but I also have a dear friend who went through the south location, and a piece of trim was ripped off in the wash. The team tried many things, but did not give up. They finally found a product that would remove the road paint without damaging the paint. I am very pleased with the results. While I was there I watched the care they gave every customer. I am impressed with their attention to detail.
