Clean my dirty car please lol Man, the dirt in the Inland Empire is crazy bad lol The winds pickup and blow all that dirt around. My car is always dirty as a result of this. Quality is always there at Quick Quack. My cars always clean and sparkly afterwards lol Value is there for me. You can pay $10 at a gas station and end up with spots. Quick quack though, you don't have spots.

I've been a pretty loyal customer of this location, but after my most recent visit, I will not be returning. I ran my car through the wash expecting the usual quick, convenient service. Instead, I left with visible clear coat scratches across the length of the car - on both sides! What's most frustrating isn't just the scratches - it's how the situation was handled. I reached out to the customer service team the same day hoping for a reasonable conversation. Instead, I was met with a flat denial of responsibility and no willingness to take accountability or even consider the possibility that their equipment may have caused the issue - even though their own associate candidly informed me that this isn't an unusual occurrence with their rough brushes. I understand that things can happen, and no business is perfect. But how a company responds when something goes wrong says everything. In this case, the lack of ownership and dismissive response left a much worse impression than the damage itself. If you're considering coming here, be aware of the potential risk and document your car beforehand. I really wanted to keep supporting this place, but based on this experience, I can't recommend it.

I have an unlimited wash membership and have had it since quick quake opened on Main st. Since once the one on Bedford is closer I use that one. When I take my Tundra through the wash it push my drivers side mirror forward and backwards depending on where I am at in the wash. Friday night it dislodged the cover and broke a clip. They are denying a claim saying it did not happen When they first opened the wash has taken it completely off. Even though they have signs saying the will be responsible for damage on OEM parts. They do not accept responsibility.

To the store owner Mason K. -this is a follow up to my last review. No, we didn't receive the credit that Jacob advised he would issue and yes, our card was charged again. I have put the charge in dispute with our cc company and for whatever the purpose is on your end, I also sent an email per your instructions in the previous review. My husband went to your location today and was told this happened to several people after you opened up and that employee is no longer working there. Lorena gave him a number to call but I see no point, last time I spent over 20 min on the phone and nothing was done on your company's end and we were charged again. I wonder how many people are being charged from your location that didn't sign up for repeating monthly charges? read more

Cancelled my membership after 2 months. I really wanted to love this place but my car is so dirty within a day of going here (it's not even clean after the wash either). I have always washed my car myself and never used the ceramic coatings, I bought the package with ceramic coating because I thought my car would stay clean longer. After a wash my car doesn't look clean and attracts dust horribly. They're always out of towels when I go too. After multiple bad washes I did their survey that asked if I'd like to be contacted about my experience, I said yes. Their "contact" was someone emailing that they'd bring up my concerns to the manager and they marked it as resolved within minutes. I have a very new car too so it's disappointing that since coming here it looks worse. read more

Super fast and efficient. They have a drive up and pay feature and you can add air fresheners or towels to dry off your car. Self service vacuum area that's very spacious. Service is always good when we come. I would recommend. If you have an older car that's falling apart this may not be the way to go as the blow dryer at the end of the wash is pretty vicious and strong. Our windshield connect came loose but remained on. read more

It was a busy day when I was rear ended at the end of my carwash. It was not the person behind me's fault though, since we're on a conveyor. The attendant was feeding cars through too quickly and that's what caused the accident. I repeatedly tried to get a call back from management, and regional management, but I couldn't get ahold of anyone. I scheduled my appointment a month ahead of time if I do remember myself. I contacted him through Yelp messaging, and he was very responsive and very kind with all my questions I had for him. This is the first time I'm doing a crazy detailing and paint job restoration to my car. Therefore, I had a lot of questions. I was originally going to bring to back to Lexus dealership but their price has jumped up to $475 plus taxes to do a full exterior body work. I was like let me shop around! Then, magically appeared Elias. I wanted to do this because my car is getting old, and it had a-lot of dents and scratches from people trying to fool with my car. My Lexus IS straight from Japan the full body work and I wanted to keep it nice. Hey, girl's like nice cars too not just guys, haha! Anyways, moving forward, Elias touched bases with me and told me to take some pictures of all the places that needed to be done... I told him well it's going to be a hand full for him! People loved messing with my car cause of what kind of car it is. It's a Lexus straight from Japan with a full blown turbo engine inside. Yup. That is exactly what it is. It's made to race! Many people know that as they can tell just by looking at my car. (Lot's of jealous people out there oh we call them haters) Elias pretty much just laughed and told me he will try his best to make it look more new ,and the color to look glossy again. 2 weeks before my appointment Elias texted me to confirm my appointment, and I told him everything is solid! A week before the appointment, I texted him to make sure he was still good, and he was like yup! My appointment was 8am. He arrived promptly. I let him do his job. He took about 4 hours to finish the job. He finished almost noon. My fiancé called me out cause he said it was done. I walked outside, my EIFFING GOD! My car was so much cleaner, glossier and beautiful! Of course, not everything could be sanded out and I already knew that.... BUT HE DID AN IMPECCABLE JOB! My car looks immaculate comparing to where it was before! The pictures don't do it justice, but I feel like my car is brand spanking new almost!!!! Elias, thank you again for answering all my questions, taking such efffing amazing, awesome job of my car. I will definitely be calling you back to clean my interior. You made this Birthday girl super happy! I can't ask for a better Birthday present to myself. It was worth every Benjamin Franklin! Woohoo!!!!! I had a terrible experience at QuickQuack Car Wash in Corona, and I strongly advise against using their services, especially if you own an expensive car. As a new customer, I was completely unprepared for their chaotic process. The staff failed to clearly communicate the importance of putting my car in neutral, and the instructions were nearly impossible to hear over the noise. Before I could even process what was happening, my vehicle was rushed onto the conveyor, and I watched in horror as the tracks pushed my car dangerously close to the vehicle in front. Thankfully, there was no damage, but it was a nerve-wracking experience that could have been disastrous. What made matters worse was the staff's complete lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging their poor communication or rushed process, they blamed me entirely, claiming I should have known better. This is unacceptable--new customers shouldn't be expected to instinctively understand a system that's not common at other car washes. The staff showed no concern for my experience or the safety of my vehicle, which is especially concerning for those with high-end cars that could be costly to repair. The whole setup felt like a high-pressure assembly line with no regard for customer comfort or vehicle safety. They prioritize speed over quality, and it shows in their careless approach. I felt dismissed and disrespected, and I can't imagine returning or recommending QuickQuack to anyone, whether in Corona or elsewhere. 3 months my back windshield wiper came off while the piece that held it on was dangling when I got home. I went back instantly & filed a claim in which the girl who worked there told me that "I probably shouldn't take my brand new car through a drive thru wash" customer service claims dept never got back to me or emailed to fix my wiper. Me not being very smart, thinking I would just let that go went into the car wash today & had fender bender with the Tesla in front of me, in the actual car wash. When i first went through our cars were not touching but as we kept going through, the track pulled our xars closer together I felt two thumps of my car hitting his and realized when his car was drying, our cars were basically touching. He quickly pulled out & I went up to notify him. We both have damage to our cars unfortunately & we both made claims. I spoke to the manager & he said they would reach out to us in 2-5 days after reviewing camera footage. Although, my boyfriend being a smart guy wanted me to file a double claim with customer service so I called them once I got home and the gentleman on the phone asked for my claim number to connect it with the claim & pictures I took at the actual car wash. He said we both were supposed to receive paperwork with a claim number and incident report. NEITHER of us got any paperwork or email, in which he said then I have no claim. So now not only do I have to go back there, but they also won't give me any camera footage which I also requested. Be careful with your cars, I wouldn't recommend this place read more

I recently brought my vehicle--a 10-year-old truck--in for a wash at your facility. Following the wash, I immediately noticed fresh paint chips and a few small dings on my hood that were not present prior to the visit. Despite your team's claim that my vehicle was not damaged in the wash, I can say with absolute certainty that the damage occurred during this visit. I have no reason to fabricate a complaint, and the damage is obvious and recent. What's most frustrating is the blanket denial of responsibility based solely on the age of my vehicle. Your policy appears to suggest that if a vehicle is 10 years or older, no damage claims will be honored regardless of the circumstances. That's not only unfair, but it's also dismissive of customer concerns. What could have been resolved for a few hundred dollars through a good-faith repair offer has now become a matter requiring escalation. I've seen multiple complaints from other customers reporting similar experiences, which only reinforces my concern that this is not an isolated issue. At this point, I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action through small claims court. I will also be obtaining a written repair estimate from a licensed auto body professional to submit as part of my case. I urge you to reconsider your position and take accountability for the damage caused to my vehicle before this matter escalates further. read more

I had a disappointing visit yesterday around 6pm. Multiple trash cans were completely full and overflowing onto the ground, creating both an unsanitary and unsafe environment. There were also very few towels available for drying, which made the experience frustrating. It also appeared that only three staff members were working at the time, and there was no manager on site to address the situation. I left my number requesting a call back from a manager, but no one has reached out. Additionally, one of the side spinning brushes has been out of service for the past three weeks, with no apparent effort to fix it. This ongoing issue noticeably impacts the quality of the wash.
