My friend Kaylee drove her suburban through this car wash a few weeks ago. Their brushes ripped the side of her bumper off. They pull the same old trick like they've done with other customers they come out take pictures in an incident report and then when you try to get them to take responsibility for the damage that they've caused, they immediately start making things up like the damage was already there. I hope people will reconsider giving this car wash business since they have no problem damaging the vehicles of good hard work and Americans and not wanting to take responsibility for it. read more

I'm tired of the lying ass managers and I'm tired of constantly finding the car wash closed and end repair. For the second time this week I come by and I find some types of repair repairs or replacements and when I came by a few days back the car wash that supposed to be open at 7 AM was closed and didn't open till almost 10 AM. I only wash my car on average about once a month every time I come to this car wash it's like I have to go through a criminal interrogation with them trying to sell me a membership. I try to speak with the manager to see why this has to be so long of a process every time when I come, but every time they say that the manager is not around and the place appears to be run by a bunch of different kids never seen the same employees twice. Quite often it's impossible to get clean towels and now they rarely offer you a dash wipe when you come to wash your vehicle it appears that this place is being run by horrible managers that don't really care about customer service. It appears that the only thing the employees are interested in is selling you a membership other than that half the vacuums appear to be clogged or just not working. And to blame it on my car instead of taking accountability says a lot about you as a company, my car might be older than 5 years but it is well taken care of and still looks as new plus I have taken it to many car washes and never had an issue.
