I've been a member since this place was Glint. I think the quality of the wash has always been pretty good. If you don't hand dry afterward, which gets the spots that are still dirty, you won't be 100% satisfied. But it's better than most auto washes. The blow dry at the end has always been terrible. It dries the front pretty good, but does practically nothing to the back. Why they can't reposition the blowers is beyond me. Also, since QQ took over, the wheel clean and tire spray rarely work. But the biggest problem are the vacuums. First, let me say that QQ promotes the state of the art free vacuums as a major perk to becoming a member. It was, in fact, listed as one of the reasons that they justified raising the monthly fee by five bucks. Unfortunately, the vacuums have been completely down for over two months. They are not on at all - ever. In fact, the hoses are all missing. No explanation, no signage, no email, no discount, and no signs of them ever working again. The free rags that they offer are available about half the time. A rag is necessary to fix all the areas that they missed, as I mentioned before. Is there even anybody in charge there? Why does a company like Quick Quack buy a company like Glint, only to make it a bit more expensive, a bit less friendly, a bit less of a good value, and just overall a bit not as good as it was? I'm going to cancel my membership just over the vacuums and the way they've handled the situation. read more

I cancelled my membership and the next day my email was FLOODED (over 500 emails) with junk! they ask for your email address when you cancel a membership, so it's quite the coincidence! I can't prove it but I'm sure it was these folks who circulated my email address to the world. just terrible!! read more

I came here a month ago and asked for a 1-one time car wash, the medium tier one. The employee told me about some promotion being offered where it was actually cheaper to get the deluxe wash. I said "do I have to sign up for a membership? I do not want a membership." I was VERY clear that I only wanted a 1-time wash. He lied to my face and said I didn't need to sign up for a membership. He handed over a tablet for me to input my email and to pay with my credit card. When I submitted, some pop up on the screen came up stating something about signing up for a membership. I asked him AGAIN if he was signing me up for a membership to get the promotional price. I told him AGAIN that I didn't want a membership. He assured me that I was not subscribing for anything. Then today, I was billed $43.75 for a MFing membership. Luckily customer service was helpful in canceling the membership and refunding the money, but I will never, EVER give this place a dime of my money ever again. I was immediately pressed by a very hostile white lady boasting her management status, for using the 'Free Vacuums'. She said I would be trespassed for using them as their members pay a lot of money to be using them. 25 dollars a month for an added benefit, they are not free. Not a welcoming environment, if she is present. Everyone else was lovely. Edit : I was on the property for a solid 5 minutes, and I was planning on getting my car washed. Absolutely Worst Experience - Avoid This Place I just bought a brand new car and needed to get it washed -- what a mistake coming to Quick Quack. Right off the bat, the customer service was disappointing. I was told that after making a payment, it doesn't even roll over to the next month. Not a great start. But the real issue: after the wash, I noticed multiple deep scratches on my vehicle. The driver's side front bumper and fender, passenger side rear bumper and fender, and driver side rear fender all had noticeable damage -- some scratches went through the paint. These were absolutely not there before. For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean car -- but even the tires and lower bumpers were still dirty. The chemicals and soap were average at best. I highly do NOT recommend this location to anyone. Between the damaging equipment, unhelpful staff, and complete lack of accountability, this place is a total letdown. They seriously need improvements in both equipment and management. If you care about your car, this is not the place to invest in. Zero stars. Stay far away. read more

Stopped for a car wash and while my family entered the wash, I got out to use the restroom. The clearly marked and unlocked restroom. While using someone knocks. As I opened the door there was a young immature employee standing ready to tell me the bathroom is for employees only. When I remarked it wasn't posted as such he pointed to the sign that say you are on camera???? Somewhat points to his intelligence. My suggestion to the owner. Mark the bathroom employees only. went thru today, paid for the "best" car wash, which was supposed to include tire shine. What a joke! One sprayers light flashed indicating it was spraying the product, the left side sprayer never activated. The bird poop was still on the windshield when I exited. Went over to the vacuum station, only 2 vacuums working; no hoses on the others. Before Quick Quack took over this was a good place to get a car wash. Very disappointed! They can't get your SUV clean. They did not brush the back and that window prior to washing, so the dirt ran down all over. Also my tires were not treated as I paid for. Do not go here! The wash was okay at best. But just like the other bad reviews here they make you jump through hoops to get your membership cancelled. I cancelled my membership at three weeks ago and the guy walked me through the process to cancel and then said "it probably won't cancel your membership"... Excuse me? Sure enough, yesterday they charged me $43... Clearly this is their common shady business practice. Do not go here. Be careful when buying a unlimited package for 20 dollars a month. You are then locked into a contract they dont tell you about. It is in a email they send you then they start billing you 47 dollars a month. Then try and get of the contract. You cannot get ahold of customer service. The phone rings and it hangs up on you. I signed up for the Ceramic Duck Wash plan when they first opened and I am glad I did. It is so convenient to pull right up and not worry about swiping a card and my car comes out sparkling and tires do too! This place used to be Glint Car wash and I am so much happier with the wash I get from Quick Quack. I also like their vacuum and towel dry area it is very well kept up and I had a chance to chat with Aeron who was doing a great job cleaning up and keeping that area looking good. The people that work there are very friendly! Also I really like the clean towels that are provided in the vacuum area to wipe your car down inside and outside if needed. read more

Don't bring your car to this drive through car wash! it does a horrible job at washing your vehicle. it comes out with 20% of the filth before you went in. and our brand new Ford F350 is pure black and its scratched our paint in a few spots!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the employees are extremely pushy at buying a monthly car wash plan!!!!! When you tell them NO they still try to push you into buying a plan. Extremely poor customer service!!!!! Have had membership with Glint car wash for years, was assured that it will transfer over since it was bought out by Quick Quack. However, since my home location is still open as Glint, Quick Quack Marysville refused to honor the membership. After waiting in line for 20min to get clarification, only to be denied. Was driving between appointments and decided to swing into this car wash to get my truck washed. I was going to go to Wet Rabbit in Marysville but this one was more convenient, big mistake. They were very pushy trying to get me to buy a membership, even after I told I didn't live in the area another guy came up and tried to convince me to buy one. The wash itself was also very disappointing, it did a very poor job washing my vehicle. The windshield and back window didn't even look like they had been touched and other areas were still dirty. I had to get to another commitment so I didn't have time to go back but I shouldn't have needed to because it should have been clean after the first time. I am super disappointed with this car wash ever since it changed name/ownership. The only reason I give 2 stars (rather than 0) is because my kids love it and for the most part it gets my car clean (although under close inspection it never fully the wheels or crevices around windows/doors). My family has had a membership with Glint for several years, for both of our vehicles, and we were told that we would be getting 2 months free when the car wash reopened (as they continued to charged our credit cards during remodel). Once the car wash reopened (or once we noticed it was back open in mid march) we had to give our email address and the employee confirmed we would have a free membership through May 2025. I went through a couple times in March with no issue... the mechanical arms were not working, but the employee entered the license plate number into their tablet and said we were good to go. HOWEVER... today, April 10, I got in line and as the employee entered my license plate number, he informed me that I don't have a membership for April. He showed me his tablet indicating my last payment was march, and that I haven't paid for the month of April. I explained that I was informed I got 2 months for free because we had a membership with Glint and paid while they were closed. He "checked with the manager" and said the same thing... their system doesn't show a payment for April and I could call customer service. As he's saying this he's looking around as if figuring out how to get me to back out, but there were several cars behind me as well as in the other lane. One guy in the other lane even got out of his truck and was gesturing his impatience and started honking. There was only one employee working. I assume because he realized I couldnt back out, he said I could go through this once on him and gave me the cheapest wash (while my membership was for the highest end wash). Oh and because he was the only person working, there was no one there to guide cars in or do the pre wash, so I had to wait while he got all the other people in line through. I am so irritated! If they aren't going to honor the free washes through May, I want a refund for paying during construction. This is NOT how you get positive word of mouth advertising. When it was Glint car wash they never hesitated to let you through if there was any issues with their payment system (which happened frequently as well... so perhaps they need a better system). Today was the second time I went to this car wash. The first time the employees ignored me till I asked if they were open. Then they were curt. When I got home, I found my entire tailgate of my pickup was missed washing!!! So I took my Jeep there this morning, and the employee who helped me was pushy and kept trying to change what wash I wanted. When I got home and the Jeep had dried, my ENTIRE hood was missed!!! Regarding Quick Quack in Marysville Washington (for some reason Yelp shows me from California... not accurate.) DO like the ceramic coat spray, it gives a nice shine, however the cons outweigh the pros, at least for my car and me. The biggest issue I have is that the bottom of my car (2008 Mustang GT) now scrapes the the entry guides when I enter. The employees at the entrance continue to motion me thru even though there is a definite scraping sound. This never happened when it was Glint. Quick Quack changed something that now grinds against my car when I enter. Happened each of the three times I went through....won't be going again for fear of damage. The last time I was there I looked at the entry guides with an employee and you could plainly see where other vehicles had scraped across the hardware! I also dislike the tire-shine product they use on the tires, sure, it looks good, but it is a very greasy/oily product and gets all over your hand and/or clothes if you rub against it. I also noticed at least once, that it seemed to turn a brownish color when heated by the sun on a hot day, although there have not been many of those days since then to compare. Bottom line is I can no longer use Quick Quack for fear of damaging my car. It was fine with Glint...not fine with Quick Quack!! read more
