One of the growing businesses in the United States is the American car wash. Two things happened to me in the past two years: new car and new car wash just around the corner, Quick Quack Car Wash. I tried it with my new car. When the soap goes on, Quick Quack displays an image of the Quick Quack duck on your windshield. After the wash, I parked my car in one of the stalls where I used towels provided to dry and vacuums to clean and blowers to dust little nooks and crannies. The Quick Quack duck image changes with the seasons and the holidays. There are two lanes, one for drivers who are prepaid. A sensor reads your license plate and raises the gate. An employee guides you into the wash and sprays bugs off your front end. Happy with the service, I signed up for the unlimited washes. What a deal! And I got my wife's car added to my account at a discount. No more washing the car in my driveway, no more trying to scrub areas I cannot reach, no more setting up my Shop Vac in awkward places. AND I get to wash my car in Quick Quack Car Washes in other cities. read more

Quick Quack car wash decided to check them out. They gave me a quote for their unlimited monthly wash but it just seemed to be too much in my opinion. I only wash my car at home once maybe twice and I just can't justify paying for the membership as id be losing money. Employees were friendly and helpful. I had a very disappointing experience here. When I originally signed up for the membership, my car had small bike racks installed. They were clearly visible from day one, and I was still allowed to sign up and use the service without anyone mentioning that they weren't allowed. Now all of a sudden I'm being told I can't wash my car because of the bike racks and that it's "in the terms and conditions." There were no signs posted, no explanation given when I signed up, and no one told me anything about this policy even though the racks were on my car the entire time. If this was truly a rule, it should have been communicated and enforced when I signed up instead of allowing me to become a member and then denying service later. That feels very inconsistent and unfair to customers. Not to mention the customer service was terrible. When I tried to address the issue, I was told to leave the property even though I am paying for a membership. I was also denied access to the vacuums, which are supposed to be part of the service members pay for. Policies should be clearly communicated and enforced consistently. Had the chance to visit this QQ location and I was impressed with the car wash, service and the location. Very organized location offering a great car wash every single time. The only issue with QQ is they seem to like to raise prices and that's not a great value. read more

Since the rain is on its way back next week I didn't want to wash my car but I did want to use the vacuum. I wanted to be honest and ask if that was something they offered in opposed to just driving over there and pretending I was going to wash my car afterwards. To my great surprise they offer use of the vacuums for $5, and if you write a review on Yelp or Google you get 50% off! That's a super cool deal in my opinion. This location is on the corner of Kendall Dr and 40th Street right next to the 7-11. I couldn't believe they offer towels for you to use, there's a container that houses the clean towels and a bucket for the dirty ones. No homeless hanging out, the location was clean and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. read more

Terrible! The wash mangled my license plate frame beyond repair, I had to throw it away. I have been going through automatic car washes since I've had the car and never had a problem. Then when I dried it at the wash the tire shine was all over my wheels so I wiped it all down. I then drove about 10 miles home and when I got home the tire shine was AGAIN all over my wheels and was literally dripping from the tires. The next morning I discovered that now the tire shine was all over the sides of my car, I must have missed that the first time. So I had to wash it, I accidentally touched the tires with my pants and it was all over them, it actually soaked through the pants and onto my legs. I cancelled my subscription immediately and they asked for my feedback so I gave them my opinion and guess what? They didn't respond. read more

DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION Been going there for a month sense I paid monthly my truck never comes out clean. But they offer free clean towels to use so today I pulled out 3 towels form the clean box 10 minutes after they opened. Two of the towels were stuck together with someone's snot/luggie. So I walk up the the attendant and ask for clean towels then I proceed to tell him why because he never inquired so I told him that two towels were stuck together from someone's bodily fluid and he just smiled and handed me a hand full of clean towels. I returned to my truck and started drying and hand cleaning my truck just to find out the clean towels he gave me were covered in grease or something my back window is smeared with a substance of unknown material. DON'T GO Need less to say I cancelled my subscription 3 weeks early Cancel your subscription before it's too late by either destroying your vehicle or getting who knows what kind of diseases from people like that. The staff did not seem concerned. Update All they said is that they wash all towels before a customer uses them Straight out lie Not concerned at all enter at your own risk other locations might be okay just not Kendal. They let someone hit my car during their free carwash promotion. My rear bumper was damaged when their new staff failed to notify the driver behind me to put their car in neutral. After the accident the rep told me they would take care of me. Three hours later I get a message from the "Store Leader" Martin, that it was the other driver's fault to contact my insurance agency and have them deal with it. Don't go here, if anything happens they will skirt responsibility. Don't even go here for their promotional "free car wash" it cost me damage to my car! I asked for a different remedy like credits or something and the "Store Leader" told me they weren't at fault. Unhelpful, dangerous car wash. Imagine it could have been worse and they would simply say "oh well", not my problem! I'm going to be contacting an attorney. I'll update what happens next. read more

We just moved to the area and first tried out Mister Car Wash but it was a terrible experience. The wash didn't clean the car well, and they didn't even offer microfiber towels to dry or wipe down the car afterward. Then we found Quick Quack Car Wash, and it was a complete game changer. Not only is the wash thorough and fast, but they also offer excellent monthly subscription options that are actually worth it. What really stood out is the free microfiber towels they provide so you can dry off your car and clean up any leftover suds or water spots including the interior. It's clean, convenient, and well-managed. We'll definitely be sticking with Quick Quack from now on. i go in to get a carwash and the their drying fans are so quick that the car doesn't fully dry. If you go here make sure you give yourself time to dry your own car. they supply with a small towels to help but i go thru so many just to dry my car. if I'm going to dry my own car i might as well save money and wash it at home. They're not lying when they say quick car wash, they want you out in a hurry that your car leaves the place wet. read more
