First timer. I was in the area and in desperate need of a wash. The machines are super simple to use and pay for. I got the basic $10 wash but you can obtain membership if you'd like. The workers here are pretty nice, they help guide you to the start of it and also there were 2 at the end who wiped the car down which was awesome! I didn't have to do that myself like I do with many other car wash places. 10/10 definitely recommend and I'd come back if I'm ever in the area. read more

It was different than these other wash places it's full service @ the price of a drive threw $12 wash.

Online says they close at 8. I pulled in at 7:16pm and they said I couldn't. Then I went to vacuum my car, they told me I have 5 minutes. Then I drove down the street to 'Suds Brothers'. 6 cars in line trying to wash their car. 12 people vacuuming. I only ever went to RJs. First time at Suds. I think I'll go back to Suds. Both places say they close at 8. read more

This place is . Definitely worth the price. The line moved pretty fast when I got there. Before entering there were 2 staff members scrubbing the windshield to get some of the splattered bugs off the windshield (I unfortunately did not get a picture of this). I was a bit worried that I wouldn't get my windshield scrubbed down since I got the basic package for $10 however I did! Unfortunately inside the car wash itself there is no light show as in other car washes. Once you're out there's another 2 staff members that wipe your car dry with towels and try to scrape off any remaining bugs left on your windshield. they even use some other supplies if they can't get it with the towels. The vacuum area was pretty big so I did not have to wait for a spot once they were done drying my car. There's free towels for people to take. The only thing I will say is that if you are expecting a perfect detail in this car wash I would recommend a hand wash. It's an automatic car wash it's not going to give you a spotless car you'll still have those bug marks or dirt on your car if they've been sitting on there for too long so don't expect everything to be wiped off your vehicle. My car was EXTREMELY dusty it was getting embarrassing and it left it looking great maybe one or two bug splatters but those are hard to get out even in a self serve car wash. Overall this place is great I will definitely be coming back probably not during the weekend because I am assuming they get packed since when I went they were somewhat busy (I went around 2 pm on a weekday). I'd been a member since before it was RJs, and over the life of two separate vehicles...the service was great, they dry the car for you, and provide microfiber towels if you need them. However, a year ago I got a new car and a new membership to match. After speaking with a team member, we agreed that I could keep the bar code in my car without applying it to the windshield...the last one ruined the glass on my car, so I was hesitant. A week ago, I drive through and was advised I couldn't keep my membership. Somehow, they didn't have my updated license plate and thought I was frauding on my membership. This after a year of no problems. The guy was polite, but never tried to problem solve. Now, I don't have a membership at the wash near my office. What's a girl to do??? read more

Started off by pulling into the wash worker then pushed side mirror in by hand instead of letting me use the remote from inside like normally. Washed truck got home and noticed all of the wax on the sides of the truck then had to rewash myself. Waste of money. Would not go back. Take more pride in what you do. read more

Forgot to get my receipt, forgot to put my car in neutral so that the tracks underneath could pull my car and forgot to bring cash to give a tip. LOL Other than that, this is a fast and easy way to get your car washed. Price for a basis wash is $8. read more

Super cheap car wash, there is someone there that scrubs your car when you finish driving through and they have vacuums and microfiber towels. I really enjoyed this place and their customer service. The man working in 100 degree heat scrubbing our car when we got out was so nice and happy even though I'm sure it's tough to be out there in that weather read more

Came in to wash my car and they had the best service around. Every associate greeted me with a smile and payment was fast and easy. I chose the 2nd to cheapest to try it out and it was well worth it. Before you go in through the wash there are associates that scrub your car and add soap then you go through the car wash, after you are greeted with two associates that hand dry your car as you head to the vacuum station. There you can use towels they have set out for us and when we are done we can throw them in the dirty towel station. I will definitely come Again and looking into there monthly plans read more

I was at this facility today (11/2/23 at 9:00am) and I unfortunately encountered an employee named Gerardo. I accidentally put my car in reverse when I was told to put it in neutral and rather than him asking me to put it in the right gear, he screamed at me and he harassed me and my husband. He was very aggressive, combative, confrontational, and he threatened me. During the confrontation, he told me "don't even get me started" and I thought he was going to strike me and my property with the wash brush. After the confrontation, he changed something on his computer and I noticed that I received a different wash than the one I purchase. When I talked to the manager, he tried to gas light me and acted as though it was nothing. This makes me think that this is a normal occurrence and this employee is frequently aggressive with the customers. Due to this incident, I will be canceling my subscription to these services and I will make sure that I tell others about how was treated. Hopefully this will keep others away from this facility so that they do not have to deal with aggressive behavior and harassment from these employees. TLDR: There is a much better car wash down the street off of Alabama and orange tree lane (suds brothers express car wash). Don't waste your money here unless you like being threatened. read more

This is the 2nd week this month that my passenger side wheels didn't get the tire shine treatment...if it happens again I won't be back.
