I visited the highland location for the first time in a couple of months. The staff were wonderfully nice. Lee helped me out and I think Nansee (difficult to see while moving) loaded me into the wash. Both were very helpful and kind. Dash wipes were provided for free without asking. The towels were the perfect dampness. My husband did get out of his knee extension surgery right after the wash so my day is going very well! Great value for money! read more

I received your email with the photo of the pre-existing damage. I don't blame you that it's very unclear, since I assume it's a screenshot of video footage of my car. I did not notice what looks like a slight gap in the fender flare. But what I'm wondering is why your inspector would approve my car to enter the aggressive machinery of your car wash? You pay an employee to walk around any first-time vehicle and make note of any pre-existing damage. He told me to wait while he performed the inspection, and I saw him write on his tablet. A piece of trim with a quite reparable gap (a gap which you pay an employee to catch) was ripped off in your machinery and has now become a significant three-day body shop repair, since I've now found out that it was attached to another larger piece of trim that must be replaced as well. That means parts, labor, and a rental car. All this because your employee missed a small gap in the fender trim (or observed it and approved my car for the wash anyway). A car wash company that cared about ethical practices and accountability would want to take responsibility when they cause such costly damage like this, especially when it has passed their own inspection. read more

My weatherstrip was blown off by your blowers. An employer there told me they received many complaints from members of the blowers being too strong, so I know this isn't the first time this happened. The weatherstrip was not damaged and could've been retrieved but the employee I kept asking to go retrieve it just stood there and wanted to know the size, color and any question they could think of rather then quickly going inside the car wash to retrieve the item. By then a vehicle had ran over the item, now damaging it. So yes you guys are responsible for the damage regardless whatever you claim. Your company claims we are valued customers, but your actions and comments show the complete opposite. You claim someone tried to call me, which I find comical as I never received a call, nor a missed call or even a voice message. I'm not frustrated, I just don't care to deal with liars or shady businesses. I already cancelled my membership and can only hope people will review this and stay away from this place, especially if they learn if they have a vehicle over 5 years of age then any damage can occur and you guys accept no responsibility whatsoever! read more

I signed up during the free car wash promo which is actually $10 but still thought it was a good deal. They game me the best was which still left some debris behind but my car was pretty dirty. Came back for my next wash and they had ZERO towels and available for drying. Not a good impression so I called customer service and they said towels aren't guaranteed. I went through the Quick Quack Car Wash in Highland, CA, and a part of my vehicle broke off during the blow-dry section. I immediately filed a report expecting a fair investigation. Instead, I received a generic email stating they "completed a thorough investigation" and denied responsibility, claiming "pre-existing damage was present prior to entering the wash." They also wrote that there were "no equipment malfunctions reported" and that "hundreds of vehicles before and after yours" went through without issue -- as if that somehow proves my car wasn't damaged by their system. That response felt dismissive and scripted rather than based on any real concern or detailed inspection. I've taken my car through many other washes without a single problem. Quick Quack's "investigation" felt like a form letter meant to avoid accountability rather than resolve a customer issue. If something happens to your vehicle here, don't expect much help -- their default answer seems to be "not our fault." I won't be returning and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone who values their car or expects real customer service. read more

Well to start off the customer service was pretty good I was surprised tbh. The worker that helped me out was a short girl I believe her name was Nancy or nanny something like that. And let me just tell the amount of power u get from the rain bar goes crazy. I have never experienced something that cleans my car so well. They have good strong powered vacuums anddddd little damp towels too. This is my go to spot now. Thank you nanny or Nancy for ur help in pricing too. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Does anyone read these reviews? Please do not support this business!! Went through their wash and the roller hit the top of my Tesla and cracked my windshield. The attendant even admitted no previous damage was seen on my car. I received the automated generic denial email claiming a thorough investigation was done and that they found no evidence that they had caused the damage. I asked for them to send me the video evidence showing their proof that their equipment didn't cause the damage and I was told they can't do that! Please hold these retailers responsible!! Don't use their services!! If we continue to allow absentee owners to treat the paying public with such disrespect then we deserve to be treated like trash when they are clearly at fault. Please avoid Quick CRACK! Carwash in Highland. What a lazy response from management. If you are so confident that you did a thorough investigation then send me the video proving your machine didn't cause this damage. Your response is rehearsed and not personal. Clearly coached to avoid responsibility. I see several reviews where significant damage has happened as a result of your faulty equipment and your responses have been the same. Why would anyone want to use your business. I would have more respect for you as a business if you were just honest and tell everyone, wash your car at your own risk! We are not responsible business owners and we don't care how many cars we damage so long as we continue to get paid! My car had zero windshield damage! Your machine hit my roof! Your machine caused the damage! It is your fault! You are responsible for the damage! No amount of deception or legal jargon will change the facts! Went to this car wash 2 weeks ago and the tunnel ripped the factory trim off my 2015 Silverado scratched the paint on the roof. Made an incident report and apparently they don't cover vehicles over 5 years old. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! 0 stars if I could! They told me to file with my own car insurance well soy rates go up for your mistakes! Hahahaha To ownership take accountability for your machinery that DOESNT clean your customers cars well, breaks and tears things off your customers vehicles creating damage all for the low price of $20 and you have to dry and vacuum all on your own. read more

Saw "free car wash" signs - when I got to front of line I was told that I would have to sign up for first month $9.99. I went ahead and signed up. While my car was going through wash process, the machines (power) shut down four times. When I came out, car was not clean and was still wet. Staff were kind and pleasant. I don't think the person guiding me into the car wash knew what she was doing. The stuff they spray before going in, she barely sprayed my car with and she had to quickly tell me to turn my wheel so that I was on track. Hopefully it went in ok and I don't experience wheel alignment issues. The vacuum I used the suction was weak. The soap coming from the carwash and the rollers were good. No issues with that. I give the rating a 2.5 since that is not an option with the stars I gave it a two stars with my statement I would have given 2.5 stars read more

Asked them not to brush the top. They said No Problem, and brushed the top...... Cmon man.... The competency of the staff desperately needs improvement. I guess there is a program to avoid the brushes from servicing the top of the vehicle because I did not want to moonroof seals to deteriorate over time. I have a 2025 Toyota Tundra and was hesitant to bring it. Welp, I'll stick to handwashing... oh yeah the manager Raul only offered me a 2$ air freshener for the inconvenience.... Worst company ever. I signed up in November when they offered discount to trial new membership at grand opening. Carwash itself was poor quality. I called their customer service number, 888-772-2792, to cancel and to reverse the charges for 2nd month. QQ carwash representative informed me that their company policy listed somewhere in fine print that you must cancel 10 days before renewal date. I asked to speak to supervisor, but fed more lies. This same rep claimed to be a supervisor. Total BS! I asked if they can meet me halfway and downgrade the plan but again denied. How can this company stay in business? Total false advertisement. When i signed up, "no one" informed me that i must call in or cancel 10 days prior to renewal date. Beware of this company and cancel your membership ASAP! I can't believe the prices for single car washes, just ridiculous! Nothing can beat Rj's express car wash still. The best wash at Rj's is $18, they do a pre scrub around the car before you enter and then dry it extra after you exit, this place doesn't do anything like that and their price is $28! and in addition to that all the towel dispensers were empty. At the end of the day it's up to you where you want to spend (waste) your money but Rj's across from Home Depot in Redlands is superior to this place. read more
