Believe the bad reviews. Jeremiah has a snide attitude and is downright rude when you don't want to buy a monthly subscription. He said unprompted if you don't like the service you can just buy a monthly service and skip the waiting part and the upsell. Wow with service like this, who wouldn't want to become a regular? No interior wipes or scent. Cars are run through the wash uncomfortably close. When I ask what packages there are he tells me I need to back up to see the board.. where were you for the 5 mins was left waiting? I had to pull up to the office window to get his attention. Can't be bothered to tell me the services that are available or just show me his iPad screen. Go anywhere else. Management obviously doesn't care to keep a guy like that around read more

I don't know what happing to this place but it's going downhill fast. Maybe the owner doesn't care anymore. All of the air hoses are not working. Broken vancuum and missing and no tire shine. There wash broke my rear windshield wiper. Not just the blade but the whole mechanism. They did not put tape on it. They were understaffed and no one was there to help me out. I was given an incident report to fill out and they walked away. I gave it back and they took it and walked away. Another person came and told me it would take 3 days. I get told now that the car is over 5 years old and therefore not covered under their policies. Do not take you car here they don't care if they break your car and bad customer services. read more

Fast, works good, could be a bit cheaper but gives the car a nice shine. Sometimes people backup on the lanes because the one I go to has 2 lanes. Members can use either of those 2 lanes automatically (I think it reads your license plate number to verify membership), but only 1 of those lanes is for new/one time user (manual). Unfortunately new/one time people end up blocking BOTH lanes and you have to wait till they pay/signup slowing down the process. Also, not sure if its just me/my car, but the back of the car doesn't seem to get the same care as the front, perhaps they can adjust the machine to be a little better that way. I took my 23 tundra to get washed and the left mirror cover flew off inside the wash I went to the manager Adrian asking for the company to replace the cover due to it being a new vehicle he said he'll let his supervisor know. So today I went to talk to him and he said they denied the claim. I called corporate and corporate said it's the business discretion. They have a sign before you enter the wash that states that. The Last 2 car washes were the worst. The first time somebody hit the gas and ran into my bumper so they shut the car wash down and started it back up and had me park outside. I joined their monthly subscription 3 months ago. At first, all stalls had air hoses and drying cloths available; however, now only about 70% of stalls have air hoses and none have drying cloths. When I asked the attendant for a cloth he said they didn't have any as customers steal or take them home! Bunch of poor thieves! Since they have not bothered to provide cloths ever since, I have canceled my membership . Also, their water recycling system needs a wash or a flush as the water smells bad. read more

We have taken our less than a year old 2023 Tundra through this car wash and the left mirror cover was ripped off. When it originally happened my husband let Adrian know, who voiced he will talk to whomever he had to. Mind you, this truck is in supreme condition. It came back that they were not at fault. They post their policy that if the car is less than 5 years old (again my truck is less than a year old and in supreme condition), undamaged, this is not a junk vehicle. A claim was filed and it was denied by Mason. So basically the response was it wasn't secured. It was secured. It snaps on from factory. Are you suggesting we intentionally tried to damage our own vehicle to gain what? My husband works for a body shop that had a contract with a car wash that repaired cars/trucks in this exact situation. A shame that you don't honor your policy. Small claims here we come. The guy checking me in was trying to push the monthly membership so hard that it made me never want to go back. I had to tell the guy NO 5 times that I just wanted a car wash. He said "it's your money" and " ok... but you're wasting your money" the sales guy was so pushy and his sales approach literally ruined my morning. He didn't even say hello, just straight into his horrible sales pitch "which membership did you come to sign up for today?" Not everyone wants to have another monthly subscription for a place that they live really far away from. If your ready to hold your ground and deal with a pushy salesman then you'll be fine. The car wash works great and the vacuum area was fine. They even had some fairly clean microfiber rags to clean up the wet spots and whatever else. Which made up for the pushy guy. read more

When they're were doing free car washes at the beginning of grand opening 6:58pm I arrive to the car wash they let me know that machines are programmed tl shut off right at 7pm so that I wasn't going to be able to wash my car and they turned me down. Mind you I already have a membership with them for two of my cars 2:40pm May 16, 21 I'm the 2nd car in line and a car just showed up on the 2nd lane. He goes in without checking and the attendant kicks him out of the line. The person checking in is training and I'm having patience to the fullest. A BMW shows up on the second lane and the attendant checks him in. Then a 2nd car behind the Beamer shows up out of nowhere and she checks that car in. I back up and leave because everyone's is getting in but me. The attendant had seem me for at least 10min waiting in line to be checked in. This is my 2nd bad experience with this car wash. Half of the vacuums also are always down. No one is going to return my time I spent driving to get to the car wash and back or the gas I spent to get here just to get bad service. They "check in" your vehicle every time and keep count how many times you wash your car. They use this information to try to get you to sign up for the membership. They push the membership deals every time I visit which gets a little annoying. The wash itself is ok, the rims do not get washed properly. The vacuums are always low powered and there's been instances where they are disconnected and on the ground. The parking area is never maintained, there's always trash and debris on the ground. The quality is very low, I will have to drive a bit further to the other more established washes. read more

UNTIL, August 20, My husband received an email receipt for $51.99 , 31.99 for his car and $20.00 for my car Aug20-sept19. I know this sounds petty, but I just paid $20.00 10 days earlier. So I called customer care to see if there was a mistake. NO, THIS IS JUST THEIR POLICY. No proration, nothing, too bad so sad, (we just double dip our customers) lost me as a customer. **** Not looking for discount only looking to be charged or pay for the days since signing up. Ie. Just like electric service you sign up in the middle of billing cycle you are charged for those days. $20.00 /30 days = .67.... .67 * 10 days = $6.70 vs $20.00. QUICK QUACK might want to think about that. read more

Cheapest car wash membership you will find. Decent car wash and great vacuum area. The staff is always super friendly. My only complaint it that after my car wash I have a lot of water on the backend of my trunk and today I ran it through and went to wipe the excess water and when I opened my trunk the inside of the door was full of soap and water. I'm not sure if this is normal but I'm glad I saw it and wiped it down. Going to give the membership another month to see if the problem persists because I really like coming here. Terrible experience. Twice! Vacuums missing. Air hoses missing. My request for a refund of my monthly car wash package was denied. So basically they charged me forty dollars for two incomplete car washes. So the reply from this company implies that I am lying about the vacuums and air hoses. They state that the vacuums are provided free and not part of the monthly fee. Do your signs include this information? Maybe your staff should not insist on signing up for the monthly packages. I took my car through the car wash and inspected it right after in one of the vacuum bays. It had scratches all over it. I immediately notified a staff member and filled out a claim form with pictures. They emailed me and told me they were denying my claim. I inspected my vehicle before and after and it was in fact the car wash that damaged my paint. I will be contacting my lawyer if this isn't resolved properly. The first instinct of a shady company is to deny fault to cover themselves, but a good, legit, company would be honest with their customers. STEER CLEAR!!! In response to the owner-- It would be useful if I could receive a reply to my email. If dirt, debris, rocks were to get trapped in the "soft" cloths that rotate over the car it would cause damage consistent with the damage seen on my vehicle. Went to this location and on 3 occasions June July and October 18,2021. The water smells like sewage. When I called to complain I was told the they pump the water tanks every 6-7 months because it costs 5-7 thousand dollars to do it. They had it last pumped in April 2021. Then he stated that that location had only been opened 3 months. When I have been there several times not only that he said they have the recycled water tanks pumped every 6-7 months lies every thing he said was a lie. I would have been ok with were having the tanks pumped next week please bring your car in and we will wash it again at no expense. But instead he gave me an excuse and his time lines were wrong and don't add up bad business practices read more

Hmm, so i went here to get a wash. As I approached there was no attendant there but I was greeted shortly. The attendant asked what unlimited package i wanted. I said i am not interested in unlimited. He looked at me like i was in the wrong line. I said, i must have entered in the wrong lane. The attendant advised i could buy a single wash but your wasting your money. Although he was right about that, I really was not interested. I again said i just want a single wash. Well which one do you want? In the shittiest tone. So now im getting a little frustrated with this guy. I said give me the $15 one. He said really, for $11 more you can get the unlimited. I replied I don't want unlimited and he said whatever so then I said am i in the wrong place, should I go somewhere else and he said it doesn't matter do what u want. So I left without getting a wash. I can't express in writing how our conversation took place and how he was making me feel, like my business wasn't wanted unless I bought an unlimited wash. For the price you pay there are way better options in the high desert. the gas station Car wash is better than this one. Worker was friendly but the wash wasn't good didn't dry my car. There were cars that werent even washed there just driving in dumping all there trash and using the working vaccums that should have been for the customers that paid. The vacuums on 3 different spots I pulled into were broken and the air hose kept stopping with not enough pressure and no towels for use like they said, for 15.99 it definitely wasn't worth it at all. very disappointed and will not ever go back to this wash. read more

I've had my car washed here several times since they opened, and even have a membership. Never again the kids running this place allow there friends to cut in line. When questioned about it, told my husband he was a liar. I suggested they check their records that is when it was determined that my husband was in fact not lying. As a consolation they offered me a $1.00 airfreshiner. With as many carwashes in the high desert I'm sure I can go someplace that appreciate their customers.
