I live in Apple Valley your location on Bear Valley. Your manager is extremely rude. I had a problem with your app trying to get your free Car Wash a barcode would not pull up. I asked her if she could help me. She says no we're not allowed to help you it's in regards to a free car wash. I tried to go park and figure it out and I wanted to scan the the page that says claim now she beat me to the machine to scan and she refused to let me scan and I said I'm 72 years old I don't know technology can you help me again she refused no I went back and parked trying to figure it out and found your link And I went back again to try to scan. She literally got me before I could even get to the scanner locked my way can I help you? I said yeah I'd like to scan this. She says absolutely not. You need a barcode. If you don't have a barcode, you're not scanning anything. Alicia was a perfect angel. She tried to assist me, but her manager was very very rude because of your manager, I don't even think I want a car wash now if I have to deal with her she is ridiculous and she wasn't very nice. Wasn't a nice voice. It was a very mean stern voice. I asked her how in the world are people supposed to be able to find the barcode if nobody can help them maybe it must be that you don't want people to take your free Car Wash you want them to pay for their first one I don't know, but I am literally fed up with trying to attempt to try a car wash at your place. You're only 5 miles away from me. It would be very convenient on the way when I go to the freeway to get my washes but right now at this point in time you can't contact anybody you can't get any assistance and I'm not the only one that's had this problem. Do not use this carwash. First and only time I went through it our windshield was cracked by them and they claim it was done by prior damage. There was no prior damage. Would never go again. If you want your vehicle damage use super car wash. read more

Super Star Car Wash exceeded all expectations. Thomas and Brissa provided great customer service -- both were very friendly and attentive. Superstar was by far hands down one of the best car washes up here when it opened for quality and price point. Since then it has declined which has me questioning my membership. The top brushes all stayed up in the air leaving the windshield/roof/ and trunk of my vehicles dirty. I get it it's a drive through and some spots will be missed but I normally make up for that with towels but only 1-2 bays actually had clean towels available. Went in through the car wash with my mom's car and came out with scratches in marking of swirls. Made a claim and was denied but have evidence that the car wash made these markings. Also was not washed properly. Horrible first experience for my mom's car. read more

Went today and was not told the air to blow the excess water was not working. I wouldn't have washed my car. Did no good, as the water sprayed out of the crevices on my way home. When I talked to the manager, Maddie, she was curt and rude and said it's a complimentary service. Walked away as I was still talking. There were only 3 cars there, so I know she wasn't THAT busy! A sign should have been posted letting people know that. I went here specifically to use the air blowers because my car has a lot of crevices where the I can't hand dry it. What a waste of money! My car has water spots now, as it's 106 degrees out! read more

They got the best vacuums. I love their air hoses. I love that you can inflate your tires there. Sam is very helpful. He's a gentleman with glasses. The only thing that's missing. I would say the company needs to put a mirror when you go in so you can see your tire so you're not scraping against the rail. read more
