Took our car to get detailed to this location and OMG, let me tell you, we are NEVER GOING BACK THERE!!! The guy did a horrible job! (See pictures attached) I don't know if it was because we were the last customer of the day or what but i was so disgusted of unprofessional the job was done. Maybe this is why this place has a 3 1/2 star rating. We went to this location because everything else was already closed it they didn't want to take us. If I would of known or did my research, I would of never gone to this place! The car smells really bad like dirty water. There are still splash marks of the water solution or whatever it is that he used to "clean the carpet of the car" And again it still smells like dirty water or something. My daughter and I took it upon ourselves to clean the car again and we were so surprised when the rags came out so nasty and dirty!! DO NOT GO HERE TO GET YOUR CAR CLEANED!!! read more

This is not my first time coming here. They are pretty much not busy which says a lot. I only go here because they are not busy. Non of the employees working there were wearing a mask. The guy that did my car had turned off his cigarette before touching my car. One time I paid $50 more because I had water marks and they still didn't take them %100 off. Best car wash in the high desert. I never have to wait long. They do a great job on the inside even the trunk. Everyone is really nice and they have snacks to purchase if you didn't get to eat before you got there. I wish they would post the hours on the website. I found myself very impressed with the service they provided for me. The staff was absolutely wonderful and answered all of my concerns about the companies carwash methods and services. NEVER take your new car here! I bought my new car 2 weeks ago & wanted to get it washed. The guy used an armorall rag to wash my windows! They are so bad, I could barely see out of them to make it home. My dash and doors have streaks all over them & he even put streaks on my door paint. $29 and 2 hours of my life I will never get back. Drove by this spot I'm new to the area so I took a chance on getting my oil change and car washed here and I gotta say I left pretty happy the gentlemen that helped me was very polite and helpful with my car needs.. I was disappointed on a customer that walked in with his wife very judgmental older couple they didn't even give these poor guys a chance to show him that he would leave happy with a very nice clean car instead he complained on how everything looked the whole time he complained about it looking dirty inside to them using brushes on the cars and also on how these young guys that worked at this car wash were full of tattoos its 2016 everyone now a days have tattoos and everyone vocabulary is different but for him to be inside for less then 10 min and ask for his money back and go complain to the owner about his staff was un called for these guys did nothing to this man he was just an asshole for being judgmental to these poor guys that did nothing and made them look bad to they're boss at least these guys are at work and not on the street. Being the first time coming to this place I will definitely be going back cause I did leave very satisfied with they're services. read more

This is one of the worst car wash I've ever been to. I don't base my opinions on one visit, I've been to this place three times already. Every single time my car was poorly washed. This last time was the worst. My interior, and outside look dirty still. The guy wiping down the car had the nerve to say that he thought the dirt on the car were scratches. Then he continued to spray water and wipe down the dirt. The car was too dirty to continue washing it with the spray bottle. I ask for my key and left that place very disappointed. Went home and washed my car again. I don't recommend this place at all. read more

They did my window tint, DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!!! They were drinking beer while they where working in my car. It took them 5 1/2 hours to finish my Chevy cruze. It cost me 160$. There is 2 different shades of tint on the left rear side where mini window is. VERY UNHAPPY!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEER USE TEIR SERVICES.. Oh and the complementary "car wash" afterwards?? I wouldn't know how to rate my actual car wash, as I sat in the vacuum area for 10 minutes and was never helped so I left.

This was the worst car wash I have been to. I haven't been here in over here and I was hoping that they had upped their game boy was I wrong. My car sat in the vacuum bay for 50 minutes, the manager took over an hour to go get change, people actually left without paying because he wasn't there and then when he asked me if I wanted a carwash card and I told him I would never be back it was the worst service I had had he just looked at me and smiled like he could care less. Then when I got home which is only 2 minutes away from the car wash I had to rewash my front window because it was covered in water spots because they let it sit out in the sun so long read more

I've tried several other local car washes and TOC is absolutely the best car wash. I've been a customer for over 20 years. I'm very fussy about my car's appearance and TOC always does a super job inside and out. Joe, the owner, has been doing this for over 30 years and Matt, the manager, is always very accommodating if you have any special requests. Customer service can use a little bit of an upgrade, but the employees that have worked on my car are always willing and eager to help when I find something I see wrong or don't like. HORRIBLE!! A touch of class car wash is a joke! They had my vehicle for a hour and a half and it looked horrible when they tried to say it was done. I paid for the VIP wash and for $30 I got smudges all over the car and windows, the back seat had not been vacuumed out, nor had the inside been cleaned or detailed as they were supposed to. It's bad when you pay to have your car washed and detailed only to have to finish the job yourself in the their lot!! LITERALLY!! I used their windex and my own towel to clean up the windows and smudges/hand and finger prints from all over the car. The service was poor at best! The detailer couldn't stop joking and talking to the other guys the entire time and hardly paid any attention to the task at hand. Which is why he never finished the car as it should have been to begin with. Shitty service, shitty return! If you're going to charge that much, then do the job right! NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN!! read more
