Ive been a member for awhile. The employees are mostly nice except for today when i decided to vacuum first because the carwash line was backed up. While i was vacuuming a man named Ivin with a goatee aproached me as if he was a policeman and acted if i stealing. He could have been nicer. I respect all employees but this man needs to realize he just works at a carwash. There arent any signs around reading a member cant vacuum first. Someone should re-educate this guy to be nicer like all the other employees. read more

Took my Mercedes to this car wash. Almost turned around because the price went from $7 to $10 but I paid anyway. When my car first started in the wash it stopped and the attendant messed with the buttons and it jerked and started again. When the overhead brush met with my windshield water started pouring in my car. It had broke the seal on my windshield. At the very least my window, headliner, and electrical in the overhead lights and controls have to be fixed. I hope the sunroof is alright. Thank God for full coverage because the owner claimed no responsibility and because of their sinage apparently they are not liable. I'll never take another vehicle here. The owner was so rude when I spoke to him, not even acknowledging the damage on my vehicle. Now I'm out $500 for the ductible.ductile. I would give no stars if I could read more

I asked Eduardo about recommendations he advice me about what each wash came with and I personally went with the $20 wash which is their Ultimate wash just because I have Corvette and I like having it clean and stand out. I was not disappointed I got my moneys worth in the wash left my Car looking really good. They have enough space after to be able to Vacuum your car! Just took my car through the wash and it came out with greasy streaks all over the front bumper, fender and spots down the sides. Horrible response from the employees and CONVENIENTLY the manager isn't going to be in for 2 days. I will not be returning to this poor excuse for a business. This car wash is not worth your time or money. Let me start with the quality of the wash. Your car will go through and still come out dirty. This car wash basically throws water on your car but doesn't actually clean anything. Customer service here is TERRIBLE. I came here September 22nd and the man working was extremely rude. Not to mention I was giving this place another chance because a few times before I had rude experiences. But I gave them benefit of the doubt and tried again. But nope. Been coming here since they opened up. I would bring my vehicles (5) here for a wash maybe once a month. Its the desert! There's dirt everywhere. As soon as I drive out of the driveway, my vehicles are dirty. Just got a new red sports car and decided to get the car wash for a month for this beauty. So I drive up to the attendant after purchasing and driving towards the entrance of the wash. The attendant guides me through. I figure that maybe I just show my receipt each time I come back. There's no explanation on how it works and attendant seems to be in a rush. Decided to come back the following week. The screen had no way of entering a receipt number, so I had to page the attendant. He was very helpful and explained the process about the sticker. I had no idea! No where is that written. Next week, the process was easier. The wash did push in and out my side view mirrors. Didn't like that, but I figured it was a one time thing. The following week, same thing. My side view mirrors were pushed around again. This made me think that I didn't want to continue bringing my baby to this car wash. I'd rather take it to where its hand washed. So I figured the end of the month and the washes were over with. Boy was I wrong! I looked at my bank account and there was a charge for the monthly car wash. I did not authorize this second charge. I went to the car wash and I'm being told that its a automatic recurring fee. I never authorized this and explain that I want my money back. I'm told that I can't get my money back. I know this kid is only doing his job. So I asked for a manager. I'm told that he's going to be out for a few days due to an injury. I was given his email address to contact him. No worries. I will. I spoke to my bank about this dispute. They are much better at addressing my concerns. My money is being put back into my account and this car wash will not be allowed to make any more charges to it. Too bad, this place was very convenient for my other vehicles (5). Loved the free vacuums. But they lost a customer with this type of service. There should be explanation on how the monthly car washes work. I'm going to start taking my vehicles to the Costco car wash instead. Heard its cheaper too. read more

Normally I prefer to wash my own car. I'm picky and prefer to have my car be cleaned a certain way. One day I tried Xpress just to see. I was so amazed by the results. Xpress certainly defined the process, as the whole thing probably saved me an hour's worth of work! Not only that, but my car looked ten times better than any time I've spent washing it. I tried other car wash places since- mostly just to see if there is a difference and I can't say enough how the value at Xpress blows the competition out of the water! My car looks nothing like what it does when I go to Xpress compared to those 'other' places I tried. Value and results are worth the trip to Xpress for me. We come here every week with at least one of our 4 vehicles. Most of the time we are satisfied. This evening was very disappointing...the guy at the station that hands you the drying rag, air freshener, and wipe was too busy texting on his phone. The guy inside directing you seemed very frustrated...not sure if it was with us or the guy at the first station. Either way it definitely was NOT our normal positive experience. I always pass by this carwash and never stop. My car was looking pretty dusty so I went in to get a $5 wash. But the machine upsells so I ended up getting a protector coating which was additional $3. They give you a free do it yourself vacuum with any wash. They also have a monthly memberships. Regular wash $15 and ultimate wash $25 etc.I decided to wait on that because I wanted to see how well my car comes out. Quick and simple purchase of the car wash. You just choose which wash you want and insert cash, free car wash code or swipe your card. Drive up and the attendant gives u a wet wipe to wipe off your dashboard and a card for you to get stamped every time you get a car wash. The 11th wash is free. I took my truck to wash there and their chain malfuctioned causing me to hit the car infront of me. They couldn't get it to run and i was stuck there. The manager came and tried to say it was my fault for not having my car in Neutral which it was. Both of his employees seen my truck was in neutral and they just looked at each other because they knew it was their fault. Now i have to go through my insurance and i will hire an attorney. Avoid this car wash. Just wash your car by hand because their brushes cause scrapes as well. read more

I like that this location is near home and was recently remodeled. However, I've had my antenna broke off one time. Which cost me about 200 dollars just for the part. Just yesterday my front tire was flat because my tire pressure monitor sensor was damaged and it's costing me about 60 dollars to get it replaced. You can never really predict what's going to happen with these places and they are not liable for any damages unfortunately. After this incident, I don't think I will be bringing any of my newer vehicles here anymore, it's not worth the hassle. I rather pay the extra money to get it hand washed from now on. read more

My whole family has monthly memberships and we use them often. This car wash is super quick and has great customer service. The manager Ivan often checks to see if everything is okay. After a long road trip I had lots of dried bugs on my grill that (naturally) didn't come off in the wash. I mentioned them to Ivan and he bought me a bucket with spray, gloves, and a scrubber to get them off. Older reviews have mentioned that the vacuums aren't strong, but it should be noted they were all replaced some time back and they work great! read more

I really like this car wash. Its quick, easy and cleans well. There are several wash options available. I do advice to remove your antenna if possible and fold your mirrors back if possible, but not required. I like the optional feature of having an unlimited wash pass. It casts me $20 a month and i sure get my moneys worth. The only thing is the unlimited pass can only be used once a day, so is it really unlimited? The pass sticks to the inside of your wind shield so when you drive up the scanner reads it and opens the gate to the wash. At the end of you wash there are free vacuums to use. read more

I came as usual to get wash and vacuum. I am 9+ months pregnant and had my 2 small children with me. An eastern asian woman employee came to me and accused me of trying to steal services. I simply told her she's very incorrect in a nice way and that there's no issue at all and turned back to my car. She proceeded to come up quickly and stand behind me while I was up against my car and talk aggressively with what I could not fully understand because of her accent and rapid anger speech. I told her "whoa" please stop stop harassing me, I'm doing nothing wrong - just getting my car washed as usual. She became more aggressive (twice my size even me being super pregnant) and began hovering me and recording my car while rapidly yelling slurred speech. My children got scared of her angry behavior and closeness. I told my son to get in the car and we left. I should file a police report.. read more

Went there today but it didn't take off the main things I wanted cleaned from my car. There is still something on the door, on the sun roof, and on the windshield. And the first vacuum I stopped at didn't work at all and the second one I moved to wasn't that great either. It's the desert the vacuums should be sting enough to get most the dirt from the carpet. This car was is about average, I have no idea if the $13 was is truly any better than the $5 wash. Today my visit was a bit different than normal... No one spoke to me at all and there were employees all over. Not a huge deal I don't expect a 5 minute car was to be overtly friendly because most people aren't looking for deep conversation while getting their car washed, I get it! But when I hand you my loyalty card for a stamp and ask how you are today, I do think it's a bit rude to say nothing back and shove the card back at me like you'd rather not even be employed there! Also, speaking of loyalty cards, I have earned a few free car washes but every time I redeem them I get the cheapest wash they offer... As I started the review with I do not know if there is really a difference, really, between the washes but I would like to feel that my $13 purchase several times a month is more valuable to xpress 5 minute car wash, than a $5 "thank you" car wash. read more
