Quick Quack is a cool place to take your car for a clean out and wash. I really like going in the morning when the towels are clean and people haven't left their garbage all over the place. The Ceramic Duck Wash is the one I get. It's a decent wash, but it is a bit pricey. I wished they would install mirrors so you as the driver can see how to line up your tire before going into the carwash instead of depending on the person to point you in. I can't see what they can see. I always seem to have a hard time lining my wheel up the first time. Other than that I like being able to visit different locations. Thank you read more

I was a previous member and had car washes all the time with it on. Continued to say even if we did bday washes you have a bike rack. You could use the vacuum tho read more

I came here today around noon to get my car washed and to see if the equipment was fixed. I came last week and it was broken. The sight side brushes were not working so my car really didn't get clean on that side. It was still not working today. I talked to one of the guys outside and he said it was under maintenance. The car wash should be closed when maintenance is done. Apparently it's just broken and someone needs to go out and repair it. I'm going to wait another week and see if it gets fixed. Another thing is there were no clean towels in any of the dispensers. A little frustrating when you're a member. We'll see if I have to cancel. read more

I frequent this car wash a few times per week since it is within a close proximity of both my job and gym. The past few times my car has been getting stuck towards the end on the tire shine portion. I noticed last week that my bumper had a ding in it and had been pulled off the mounts. This lead me to believe my car was hit by someone parking near me. Today I received a car wash and my car got stuck once again. I parked at the gym a few minutes later and noticed my bumper had been removed further form the mounts. My car was in pristine condition beforehand. I will downgrade my membership to remove the tire shine and hopefully this stops happening because I do enjoy the convenience. read more

Just because whatever test you did didn't cause damage to your test vehicle, doesn't mean it didn't do damage to mine.. My left front wheel has not come in contact with anything but your wheel guide rail in the 1000 miles it has on. Although you won't claim responsibility, you are responsible. Fast and effective wash, solid vacuums, and a good way to protect your car's paint, especially with all the construction going on in town. Royal Coach used to be here, but they were a pay per wash. Quick Quack is a monthly subscription wash, so expect fairly pricey for a single wash if you don't have a coupon or fundraiser card, but it's a good deal for the subscription if you plan to wash weekly. There has not been a subscription wash in Woodland to my knowledge previous to quick quack, so it's nice to have one here in town now. Sounds like there was a bit of a rocky start, and maybe a few folk felt the initial opener sales team were to pushy for the "free weeks" but my experience was fine. The times I've rolled through the wash and vacuums have worked great and expect that will be normal. Hours are as of this writing until 9pm (though it was hard to find them listed), and for that ever so important and convenient reason, I have added a 5th star. Welcome to town Quick Quack! read more

I've been a member ever since this location opened where the Royal Coach used to be, but today was the last straw. Something is always broken - haven't been there once in the last month when both the wash and vacuums were working at the same time. Even when both are working, half the time they are out of towels or the suction on the vacuums is so bad that they're useless. The dryer does such a crappy job that the towels are a necessary part of the wash. Just stopped by and the wash is down with no employees in sight. I'll be calling this week to get a refund for the last month. read more

Shop local! They're running a promotion for a free wash as they just rebranded from the previous owners. First, they're very pushy upon entry with their sales tactics. Second, they required an email for the free wash. This is not indeed a free service. Third, the prices are ridiculous. Used to frequent when it was under old ownership, and never tried QQ, so decided to give it a go. I had the most pushy, sleazy salesman who would not take no for an answer. When I finally was firm with not wanting to purchase a package, I was met with rudeness as he walked off. Car wash was quick and decent, nothing to write home about. I never had a chance to experience one of the 1500 free car washes they gave away when they got here but I had a feeling this would run the facility down, decreasing the quality and I was correct. Vacuums pipes on the ground, mediocre job of picking up the crumbs. Don't upgrade for a higher priced wash, they are all the same. Horrible customer service. If anything happens to your vehicle due to their neglect they do not hold themselves accountable. The wash never washes the back of my car, it also never dries the vehicles. I have to get out and dry my car every time or color spots will dry on my car from the color foam solution. Been using this place since before Quick Quack took over. A sad day that was. Anyway, for over a year, EVERY TIME I go in and just before I pay, I'm asked if I want to sign up for the monthly, unlimited wash plan. I don't because my experience with auto pay plans is they can be nearly impossible to stop. I don't know if that's the case here, yet I just don't do those kinds of plans. Today I went in for a simple, one time wash, and was asked again about signing up. I said I was tired of being asked, and I know it's their job. I went to quick quack in Woodland, CA. just after they changed ownership. The prices have nearly doubled, but they had a special of $11.99 for the cheapest wash, so I went for that. The guy at the entrance tried to upsell me on a monthly package. I told him I'm not interested. I got an email receipt (they only had my plate number) telling me they charged my credit card for a $31.99/mo package. When I looked into it further, they had also charged my card for $21.99 not the $11.99 special. DO NOT give this company your business. If you have, and used a credit card, check your bank statements. read more

I like this carwash alot. The crew are pleasant, friendly and very helpful. Car was I have is the ceramic. Bug cleaning solution the employees apply at the wash entrance works really well. Vacuums are OMGosh strong. Drying rags are really nice, kept damp, So over all the business is thumbs up. read more

When I arrived, there was a car waiting in front of me. Eventually a young man came out of the building and helped the car in front of me. He then turned and walked back into the building. I waited a bit until he came back out to help me. My car was cleaned. The vacuums worked. All of this is as I would hope a car wash works. However, for the second time in a row, the vehicle next to me was blasting music as I was trying to dry my car with Quick Quack's damp rags. The music had a pounding beat. Further, sometimes I get headaches, and loud pounding music can trigger or worsen them. The combination of waiting to be checked in, damp rags and the loud music, made me want to find another car wash. read more

My first visit at quick quack was truly disastrous. I purchased the "Good" duck wash. The attendants were professional and courteous. I followed the instructions as directed and began my journey on the tracked wash with my son. At the end of my wash i felt my car go bump a few times and i began to roll backward and before i knew it i heard a crunch. The driver behind myself and i traded insurance information and then we went to the attendants. After seeing the footage and seeing the situation for what it was, my car was in the wrong gear not-so apparently, i asked why there was no fail safe for these instances. I was given examples of other fail safe mechanisms, but not any that account for this human error. And when I continued to ask clarifying questions i was given typical managerial deflections as well as being told "it doesnt happen often except for [list of instances when it happens]". A prepared statement when upper management knows their system has faults. A franchise growing so fast might take into account that it's easier to lose customers after their first visit than it is to get them to return for services provided. For the same price i could get the deluxe wash at the tracked gas station car wash as i typically do and my son would get to enjoy a better light show AND their tracks would not let an incident like this happen. Id love to get in contact with the regional supervisor to talk about precautions to help this incident not occur for other drivers who might make that mistake as well as the singular driver is not the only one effected in this accident. read more

This car wash is the worst for cancelling your membership. They do not have it anywhere in your online account, and their website does not work. Their phone line is unresponsive, and I am incredibly frustrated trying to cancel my membership. I also never signed up for the most expensive tier and they automatically charged my card. Definitely do not ever go to this car wash and do not ever sign up for their membership. It is the most difficult membership I have ever cancelled.
