I've gone to this same Oil Changers for a few years now. Their prices are great especially in this economy for oil changes. The employees were very respectful especially the new ones there. They offered me cold water bottles twice while I was there. They even gave extended advice on my tires and their expected life. Washed my windshield initiatively just very cool guys all around. The oil change itself was fine, no issues from what I could tell. During the oil change, they topped off fluids and added air to my tires. The is good too, however, after I left and got home I noticed the caps for the tire valve stems were missing. So they took off the caps to add air but then didn't put them back. I mean, not a huge deal and the caps are cheap so it was not worth me heading back to Oil Changers to get them but it is annoying that you go in for an oil change and leave with missing parts. Please know that I am not in any way accusing them of stealing the caps. They are literally $2 items for a set of 4 caps. They probably just forget to put them back on. I guess that's better than forgetting to put oil back in the car, right? read more

Took both of my cars here in two different days and the service was great. For my honda I was out in less than 20 minutes. My bmw, it took a bit long we as the device person was having a difficult time with the filter - not his fault btw. The filter was defective. I appreciated his perseverance. Will def come here again. Reason for the four stars, Though there was a bit inconsistency regarding checking the cars. I noticed that at one service they checked my tires and the other one they did not. They did check the signal lights for both. They also didn't check the coolant or windshield wiper fluid. Which the drive through lol Change areas have done. read more

I specifically went to this Oil Changers because they were previously connected to the adjacent Five Stars Car Wash. That had been an incredible deal and time savings to have an oil change and car wash, and my car had never been so clean from a free wash. There have been some new business decisions that now have these 2 businesses separate. Everything was fine, but I won't be going out of my way to go there, as I did on this visit. The draw for me for this service is no longer available. Edit: I certainly want to be fair to this business. While my specific situation, which is only my own, would garner a 4 star review, if I separated my expectations and focus on the experience for my oil change that day, the business really does deserve 5 stars. Outstanding experience on my first initial visit, was in for a basic oil change for my minivan and miles and Aiden went to work on it asap, no need to leave the car and they got everything done in approximately 15 min or less, routine maintenance was checked ( air filter, lights, turn signals etc) and oil levels were verified before and after service.. It was time for an oil change and I randomly noticed this Oil Changers location while driving down Pioneer one day. We typically go to the one in Davis, and it was a pleasant surprise to see this location. I received very courteous and kind service from the two employees working at this tiny location. There was a sign out front that offered a $7 off coupon if you signed up for text messages. We have a Toyota Sienna, and the oil change took less than 15 minutes and cost around $100. You wait in your car while they perform the oil change. They also check your lights (brights, reverse, turn signals) and can top off most fluids. I noticed they also had air filters available. There was no line when I arrived on a weekday morning, but I could see it getting a bit tricky maneuvering in the lot if there were, because you have to back out once the oil change is done. You can't pull through. We had our Yakima storage container on top of our van's rack and there was still enough clearance to pull inside. Huge plus! They give you a sticker to put on your windshield with the date and mileage of the oil change, so it's easy to know when you did it. I forgot to ask if they would reset the car's internal computer that tells you when you're due for an oil change (I can't remember what it's called), but we had to Google it later to reset it ourselves. It was easy, but I recall at most of the previous places I've been to that they would do this for you. I am definitely coming back and would recommend this location and oil change service to everyone! read more

Had my oil changed yesterday at the Toyota dealership in Davis. Woke up this morning to a huge mess in the garage floor. Took it to Oil Changers since the service department at Toyota was closed for holiday. They found the problem right away and were able to salvage the oil already in there and topped me off for the quart lost. They even cleaned up the mess on the underside for me. Terrible experience. @ oil changers in Woodland, CA . My wife and I are a long trip heading to LA from Washington state and needed a quick oil change. The employee Adrian who helped us was very rude to my wife for absolutely no reason. She had are truck running so we could have the air conditioning on because it's 100 degrees outside and our truck was not being serviced at the time. We were just waiting. She also asked why we needed to turn it off and he said it was not because they were working on the truck but because it was annoying him. I told him to show her some respect and he flipped with both fingers and cussed me out. Shorty there after apologizing because of his outlandish behavior. We are very nice people and deserve to be treated with respect It was mind blowing that someone could act so immaturely towards a customer. Absolutely unacceptable. Stay away from this place. They put excess oil in my car and around a month later i am dealing with 3000 dollars in repairs. The mechanic i took my car to clearly pointed out the issue to be because of excess oil and the mechanic also forwarded them the video showing extra oil being removed. They are not accepting their fault. Mistakes happen but nothing wrong in owning them and fixing it. That's a clear indication of how much they value customers incase you run into any issues you are on your own. read more
