Update: Year 2: Letters Peeling Off. Got it fixed for the cost of labor to do so. Signs aren't meant to last forever, that's how they stay in business. Charging for repairs. "Must have been because the weather" in Southern California. Year 3: Literally Falling Off. Reported in March 24, as of October 24 still have not received a fix. Have called and emailed a dozen times in 6+ months and no movement despite "we will send someone out to fix it as long as you're okay paying for it." Then "I think we need to remake the parts that have fallen off" and "you may need to get a different material" because the sign is "sun facing" and the sun quickly ruins foam signs. Glad I'm no longer relying on them to fix the sign, moving on to another company. Very disappointed that the signs didn't last and then they had no urgency (6+ months) to repair this sign that now poorly represents my business. Sometimes you earn a review. read more

I was hoping to find a local place in Murrieta/Temecula for the convenience, but I just could not ignore their 5-star rating and decided to at least stop in for a quote/compare with other places. I never made it to any other place! We met with Juliana our first time there and she blew us away with her customer service, follow-up, amazing work, and professionalism. We had so much confidence in her that we felt no need to compare with any other place - we just knew we had to have our signs made here! We also had the pleasure of meeting with the owner, Gordy - who is just the warmest person you will ever meet, and everyone that I have met or spoken to in the office is super nice! Juliana responds to emails almost immediately and is very communicative and receptive to ideas and concerns that you might have with the design. For such quality work and service, their prices are very reasonable -- they were very accommodating with us in trying to get the project cost as close to our (very small) budget as possible without sacrificing style or quality. Their meticulousness is evident in the 100+ emails that Juliana and I sent back and fourth to each other regarding the design of our exterior sign, window poster, door vinyls, and lobby sign. Right now, we are still working with Juliana to design a banner and flags. I love this company! They are so nice and helpful. I'm starting my own company so I was looking for a good logo designer, and it was so hard to find a good one that will take me seriously (because I'm young, on a budget, and very picky ) I researched and talked to many companies for pricing. Other companies would offer $300 or $700 for just a logo design. It was just too much I wouldn't be able to afford that! I yelped many logo companies, (the ones with many good reviews) they were trying to change my ideas to something else or some would not even take my design to work on. I needed to have some signs made and had no idea where to go. I have always had good luck with finding good businesses in Yelp so that is where I started. My first visit to get a quote was with a business in Ontario. They were very friendly but for one sign it was expensive. My second choice was to get a quote from Majestic. Alisha met us as we entered the store. She looked at the design we wanted and our company logo. She made some suggestions and gave us a quote. The quote was a little more than our first quote but our first quote from the other company was for only one sign. Majestics quote was for 10 signs. We had many suggestions on the type of sign we should have gone with. A simple word across the top of the shop that simply said "barber". I did not want any part of that. I knew that the sign that hangs over our shop would be seen not by our local community, but people all over the world. I know that sounds like a stretch.
