BRUNO AND JERUSALEM ARE LIFE SAVERS!! This company is TOTALLY AMAZING. I have dealt with sketchy exterminators before... They come once, charge you $500 and leave, and then you still have a problem and they want nothing to do with it. But these guys are legit!!! I live in Bushwick on Cedar Street and we realized we had rats when a small cat-sized rat CRAWLED OVER MY ROOMMATES IN BED. We were frantic, and terrified, and they came the same day we called. I dealt with Bruno on the phone and Jerusalem in person. Bruno was super kind and actually cared about my rat infestation. He literally said the words, "I understand that your home is your sanctuary and I will do whatever I can in my power to rid you from your infestation". And they meant it. The initial visit was the same day the phone call was made, and Jerusalem and another man (maybe it was Bruno? I was at work while this happened) and they covered many holes with chicken wire and some foam, as well as put poison in the walls. We paid the fee, which ended up being just under $500.00, but we felt good about the exterminators' visit. The next night the rat came again and ate through an avocado on my kitchen counter. Jerusalem came again, set traps, searched even more, and covered more holes and did more investigating. NO CHARGE. 2 nights later, there was more rodent activity! Jerusalem came for a third time, NO CHARGE, and then came up with the idea to search the basement and other points of possible entry. In the boiler room we found a MASSIVE infestation, where Jerusalem even saw live rats IN THE ROOM with us. Thousands of droppings, poor construction, and many points of entry. Jerusalem was very patient with us throughout this entire process, and I'm sure that was probably hard because we were absolutely terrified. He came up with an estimate that we could give to the landlord right there, and was on his way. I HIGHLY recommend these guys, and I would ABSOLUTELY use them again (hopefully I don't have to) if I ever had a rodent/pest problem. read more

I moved to a new apartment that, while rather recently renovated, was infested with mice. My landlord brought in an exterminator, who basically took a flashlight, waved it around, found one hole and felt contented with putting some stuffing in it and some traps around. It was then presumed that my cat would take care of the rest. And indeed, a couple of weeks later I found dead mice in my apartment, one after the other. (And none of them in the set traps.) I then found myself scrubbing blood from all over the floor and feeling utterly miserable. I was unable to sleep or think about anything else but the mice. It was absolutely horrible. They also removed the mice-related waste. And all throughout the process, they were telling me just what they were doing and why. In fact, they were incredible nice and understanding. They also assumed right from the start that my cat should play no part in the mice-removal process and that it should be kept safe during the process. I just wished they had been hired by my landlord right from the start, and the months of absolute misery would not have happened. I am so thankful to Quick Solution and especially to Mr. Esaie ,for rushing to my rescue yesterday, that I could not wait to write a good review. My husband kept putting mice traps in our kitchen for a whole year catching about one or two mice per month, but in the last few weeks we found droppings everywhere. Yesterday afternoon and in plain sight, a fluffy mouse ran from our fridge to our stove twice about two feet away from me. That was the last drop! We are expecting relatives from overseas this weekend and I could just picture us having a nice dinner and the mice crawling around our feet. These guys are pros. Saw my first mouse (ever!) a few months ago and called the exterminator that services the building to inspect the apartment. They were friendly and immediately responsive, but couldn't do much more for me than lay down sticky traps and do some spot-foaming on a quick walkthrough (20 minutes tops). They were cheap, thankfully, but you get what you pay for: they were like having a friend who'd had mice before stop by to give me some pointers. Saw mouse no. 2 last week. Was skeptical about calling another service to basically look behind the furniture and hand me a stack of sticky traps with an invoice for services rendered. But they offered a 1-year service warranty and-- like I said up top-- these guys are pros. They rolled up their sleeves and got to work right away: sealed up floorboards in the radiator grates, as well as gaps in the various piping/plumbing systems behind the kitchen appliances, blasted all trace areas with some kind of professional pest vacuum, and laid down some old-school mouse traps (much less conspicuous and more humane IMHO). All told, they must have put in 3 hours of legit no-frills labor reinforcing the front lines of our small but sordid battle against mammalian pests. Yes, it was more expensive than the other guys: $700, with some very mild haggling. But I'm convinced it's money well spent since I can now call on them 24/7 to fix any mouse problems that come up in the next year for free. read more

So I returned home Saturday night after spending a couple of weeks abroad and naturally went to plop myself down on the couch. After lying there for about 5 minutes I found a bed bug crawling on the collar of my shirt! needless to say I was completely freaked out and began researching exterminator companies in the area. I called these guys after 12a and received a call back the next morning (SUNDAY) before 8am! The price for an inspection was about half the price of a few other companies and the guy who came out was extremely professional and courteous. He thoroughly checked all of my furniture ( all wood) as well as all bedrooms on 3 floors of the house. Although he did not find anything he gave an option to treat the first floor where the bed bug was initially found. This ran me only half price of a regular treatment. Although he did not push this option we felt we'd rather be safe than sorry. He was very knowledgeable and explained that I could have picked it up from the plane or hotel. he explained what exactly he would be doing and made me feel extremely comfortable. As I said before they really were the best and quick solution in the Brooklyn area. So I just moved into my apartment two months ago. I was used to living in a building so the exterminator was a service provided monthly. Now that I am in a brownstone, its up to me to maintain. About a week ago I saw a mouse and had a heart attack. I had to wait for my roommate to get home to even leave for work. I have an intense phobia and no peace in my home. I have had inside pest issues with mice and roaches for the past 12 years at my residence right here at 126 Sterling Place between 6th and 7th avenues right here in Park Slope. These guys are the best! I have don't business with these exterminators twice and both times were an absolute pleasure. the first time is when I noticed water bugs randomly popping up in my home after it was flooded from Hurricane Sandy. Literally within 2 hours of our phone conversation, they were at my doorstep eager to help. They came in and did a full examination of my home and covered each crack & crevice with intricate devices. I have an almost unnatural fear of mice and rats. Literally. I had called another exterminator a week prior and nothing changed. Still terrorized. I then called Quick Solution. Jerusalem, the lead exterminator, is literally a gift from God. He went through the entire house thoroughly, moving furniture to the center of the room. Going through the many (full) cabinets and closets and took about 4-5 hours to ensure that every single, solitary hole and entry point was sealed. He even vacuumed and cleaned up afterward. These guys are amazing - quick, thorough, safe and effective. We had a serious mouse problem in our kitchen, pantry and hall closet. Seriously, I was cleaning many mouse droppings off my kitchen counter every morning, and out of my scarf bin, and the little critters were running around my kitchen like they owned the place. I called another exterminator, who laid poison around the area, but after a week and a half the mice were still going like gangbusters. Enter Quick Solution. I called them about 10pm on a Sunday night, and lo and behold, they answered the phone. Jerusalem and his daughter came the next morning to thoroughly assess the situation, and then three guys spent 2 hours plugging up the holes, pulling out my fridge, stove and dishwasher to make sure everything was sealed, sealing around the radiator pipes, little cracks, etc., and laying glue and snap traps. Bruno was not only professional but thorough. I hired Quick Solutions after I inherited an apartment from someone. Needless to say, the person left the apartment in a state. The cleaning crew found bedbugs in the discarded furniture and traces of the rodents in the apartment. I was very nervous about living in an apartment where the previous owner had bed bugs. They not only exterminated and set traps but they filled in all the holes and gaps I've been begging my landlord to repair since last year. I am so impressed by this company it's not even funny. I called them at almost midnight a few nights ago when I noticed that it was just one mouse in my apartment but an infestation. The owner told me he would be thee the following day to take a look and give an estimate. He was very thorough in his search for where they were coming in and I think he definitely went above band beyond. He put my mind at ease and told me if I have any other problems not to hesitate to call. They were super nice and their customer service was incredible. There is a lot to be said about a man who really cares for his customers as Bruno would take the time to go the extra mile when needed.
