I've dealt with incredibly rude staff, quality of "customer service" has been going down for years but now it is little to no customer service at ALL. Even today I have wasted so much time waiting on the phone over and over while trying to stay polite only to be hung up on. I can't even seem to speak to a manger about the consistent issues that I've been having. I really HOPE someone responds to this as I am now looking to switch to an online option such as Amazon or Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs. No accountability or remorse for messing up refilling of time sensitive prescriptions! Avoid this place if you expect to get scripts on time and with good customer service

When she did get to the counter, I told her what I needed. The pharmacist started yelling at me telling me she couldn't help me and to get out her pharmacy and go somewhere else. I don't think her name is CVS, so I don't know why she thinks it's her pharmacy. I spoke to her in a normal tone. I have no clue why this lady went bezerk. She was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring for someone who handles medicine for the public. She never asked me my name or anything to even try to go into my account to problem solve. I wouldn't trust her to fill medicine for a fish. I wouldn't let anyone I know or care about go there. This pharmacist should not be working with the public. The meds are delivered to the store & I'll get a text it's ready... only to get there and I'm told to swing around the ENDLESS drive thru lane because the medicine hasn't been unpacked. Every pharmacy tech and person behind the counter are annoyed & pass that on to customers. It's unacceptable for me to skip certain medications & after 29 years filling my script here.... It is also conveniently located in the same strip mall as Tortorice's Pizza so you can grab some beer to go with your pizza.
