I went in to CVS to resolve a problem with my prescription sent over by the doctor's office. When…read morethe pharmacist was approaching, I noticed she looked irritated before she even got to me. When she did get to the counter, I told her what I needed. The pharmacist started yelling at me telling me she couldn't help me and to get out her pharmacy and go somewhere else. I don't think her name is CVS, so I don't know why she thinks it's her pharmacy. I spoke to her in a normal tone. I have no clue why this lady went bezerk. She was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring for someone who handles medicine for the public. She never asked me my name or anything to even try to go into my account to problem solve. I wouldn't trust her to fill medicine for a fish. I wouldn't let anyone I know or care about go there. This pharmacist should not be working with the public. She is the one who needs to go somewhere else but definitely not a pharmacy or anywhere where there are people.

I also miss the very friendly cashier that used to work there. But like I said, I still like that it is a 24 hour pick up for medications. They just need a few more employees.

I understand a restroom break is necessary, but with no note on the door ie "back in 10" Well, I've waited the 10, and no one returns! Someone is robbing your store at night and it's not the customers...it's the employee that repeatedly locks up during his or her shift. Maybe they dozed off in the back, who knows...bad business. I am a person who would give 4 or 5 stars to a decent place but if i am giving 1 star that means…read morethe service was horrible and definitely the business should take action against that employee or fix the issue. I had 103 F fever and i order Oximeter and Infrared Thermometer for pick up at this location. When i reach this place, i called in to see if they offer curbside pickup (which usually most stores do these days) and the gentleman who answered the call said no i have to come in as he has to scan my order in order to give me. I told him the reason i am asking is coz i am sick and I don't want to infect anyone inside. But he asked me to come in. I walked in and i was 2nd in line and the gentleman i talked to is talking to guy in front of me for at least 5 mins and that too family stuff. Nothing related to business. He is asking you still remember me after so many years Blah blah Blah... i didn't have energy to stand and i am leaning on one of the shelves putting my head on it as i could have fallen down as i had no energy. This gentleman tool good 5 mins or so to chit chat with the guy in front of me. When my turn came, he said sorry for the wait l. And asked me whats the name of pick up and handed me over the bag. There was no scanning involved ( which he told me on the call) and i walked out. People like this should be cognizant of the others condition and prioritize things accordingly. I did get the name of this gentleman but my pickup was on 5.29pm on 08.24.2022. If not taking an action against him at least he should be trained properly handled situation.

The meds are delivered to the store & I'll get a text it's ready... only to get there and I'm told to swing around the ENDLESS drive thru lane because the medicine hasn't been unpacked. Every pharmacy tech and person behind the counter are annoyed & pass that on to customers. It's unacceptable for me to skip certain medications & after 29 years filling my script here.... I'm moving to CVS drive thru across the street.

The store is always clean and the beer prices are very competitive. The staff (usually one guy - the owner?) is always cheerful and he gives the correct change!! Some small places nickel and dime you - sad but true! This is a nice store to pop into if you don't want to deal with the enormity of Binny's or the Jewel. It is also conveniently located in the same strip mall as Tortorice's Pizza so you can grab some beer to go with your pizza.
