They still have their restaurant but we haven't eaten there in several years so I can't speak to that. The only issue is if you have to make a left turn out of their parking lot. Turning left across three lanes of cross traffic on Algonquin and Roselle Roads can be treacherous. You're better off making a right, then making a u-turn.

It is totally unnecessary and is ill designed for car with a low front end clearance like mine. In short, do not use the car wash unless you have a front clearance of 5 inches or higher. They also have an app, Earnify, which when used gives you a $0.10 or a $0.20 discount depending on the day of the week. This station is very clean and bright. There is never a wait due to all of the pumps they have - lots of them. The Pride of Palatine is their convenience store - it even has a big selection of wines, beer, and liquors. They also have a restaurant, Urban Counter, which is very good. If you sell something on Facebook Marketplace, this is a great location for a public meet up.

Also, the pricing is strange here. For example Every other speedway/7_11 has 10 tacos for $3.29 but, even though the signs says 10 mini tacos for $3.29, there will only be 7 or maybe 8 in the box. I asked about it and they said it is only 8 and not 10. But the signs say 10. What's the point? Like I said, this place needs more management/owner oversight.

My bank has told me that gas stations are the most common place for this type of crime to occur. The car window washing supplies are usually empty and filthy.
