Looks like these guys got my last review removed. They're selling fake RAW cones. Got them home and realized that the waffle cone texture wasn't there and the packing was cheap and had a bad print. When I called back to let them know, the person I talked to cursed me out. I was trying to help them out, as I assumed they were getting fake product from a supplier unknowingly. Their reaction makes me think that they're fully aware of the counterfeits. There are several other reviews here alleging the same about other products. Buyer beware. read more

Smoke / vape shops popup all the time. Most have a neutral vibe. This shop staff seems hell bent on creating a culture of social engagement. While a few of the employees have a severe classical nicotine addiction I was surprised how considerate even the owner is upon sensing customer discomfort. I move myself away from cigarette smoke. I'm not allergic or whatever but it messes with me. Sensing this the owner asked and was genuinely okay with putting it out, "simply tell me it bugs you." It's rare for me to encounter this kind of directness in retail. No hedging. I come here for the glass products and the advice. To be fair there is a huge markup on what I expect are alibaba imports. But I myself have not the patience to risk alibaba interactions. This store is close to the house I rent in Orange for school. I have visited 7 other shops in the area. This one is my favorite, and go-to + They remember customer names! + The owner is friendly albeit his own brashness. He aims to please in a straight up way. He has interesting stories about life + The social butterfly who I didn't realize was his relative is approachable, knowledgeable, and my usu point of contact + I don't have a rapport with the other employees + They have their own glass hacking shop in the back + Custom glass work at reasonable pricing - they don't have a wide selection of MODs - they don't have an overkill selection of vaping ejuice - they need better evening ventilation it can be warm My husband has had this account a while like years but this is my first review. Quick stop smoke shop is one of the highest quality smoke shops I've been to. I came in looking for a piece and Russ and Sean have been extremely helpful! Russ took me to show me different pieces in the back and I ended up getting a few more items I have been thinking of. Russ had amazing stories and years and years of experience glass blowing. Shop here if you love knockoffs, fake products, lies, and no returns!!! Mike sold me a Grenco elite vaporizer, or what he claimed to be a Grenco, and I found out from Grenco it was a fake. It was missing the serial number and Grenco had me send them pictures to authenticate it. Grenco told me to go back to the shop and demand a refund. So I went back to the store to ask for my money back and they said they would not do that. Then the owner claimed he knows that he sells fakes and in his opinion a lot work better then the real thing ( well then maybe if they are so great they should make their own company with their own name instead of making knockoffs). The owner then made up some huge story about how he knows all the factories that are involved in making these products and that they are all different because they are made in different parts of the world ( he even said he could take me to the factories). Well no, dude that owns the place, that is wrong - Grenco has only one factory that they manufacture from - and I don't want to go see any of these "factories" with you. The owner also claimed that he would be more than happy to send it back to Grenco if it stops working, but being fake is not a reason to send it back....so your going to send them back a broken fake product and you think that they will help me???? That sounds like some flawless logic. These people have no idea what they are talking about, they will lie, they will sell you crap, and they won't stand behind their products. read more

Shopped here several times for accessories on a glass water pipe (down stems and bowls mostly) and had great experiences... came here once for a repair and had my damn heart broken. Beautiful and authentic Roor brought in with a broken joint. Guy at the counter was cool, told me this was an easy fix and I would get it back looking better than when it was purchased! Great, thanks for getting my hopes so high! He told me to expect to wait about 2 weeks and I left feeling confident. Got a phone message the next weekend, all it said was that the piece was finished and ready to be picked up. From the brief message stating I could come pick my pipe up, I suspected nothing was wrong and I eagerly went to Quick Stop to get my baby. The pipe that was brought out from the back of the store looked nothing like what I wanted or expected.There was an entirely new base on the piece, with the original mouthpiece and chamber attached on. The height was significantly shorter, the base that had the blower signature was gone, and the glass was of lower quality. Completely unknown to me the pipe had been broken during repair... nobody called me to let me know this had happened, nobody called me to authorize breaking the mouth piece & chamber off to attach it to a new base, and it was not mentioned or alluded to in the message. I suggest shopping around to find someone more professional and reliable to do your glass repair. read more

This place SCAMMED me after leaving a review that they didn't repair a slide I dropped off and gave me the run around because they got "raided and couldn't find it" they said they tried to offer me my money but this was long after my review he told me they wouldn't help me based on my bad review and wouldn't give me my money back but i went to the shop at least 6 times and they told me "they were looking for it" each time and then he said he would compensate me one time. I finally got a receipt and called in to settle this and like i said he wouldn't help based on the review and said i would be trespassing if i went to get my money. The base of mine and my fiancé's 21 inch bong broke. Right as it happened we freaked out and looked up glass bong repairs near us online. We first contacted a different business, Batch of Glass in Newport Beach, sent them pictures and asked if it can be fixed and for a quote. The guy was really slow with replying to emails and didn't answer calls. He ended up telling us that he couldn't fix it. We were confused as we thought it was a pretty simple fix so we continued looking. We found this business, Quick Stop, and saw they did repairs. We contacted the shop and immediately got a response that they could fix it. It felt like a weight lifted off of our shoulders. We brought in our bong on a Friday and was told it would be ready to pick up the following Friday. The following Friday we picked up our bong and couldn't be happier with the repair! It's so close to how it used to look and the color matches perfectly. My fiancé also ended up buying another bong from there and got a nice discount! Couldn't have had a better experience with this business - it was ready when they said it was going to be, price was reasonable, and they were professional the whole way. NOPE. Do not come here. They have terrible customer service and their pipe repair guy is shoddy at BEST. I also came here to pick up a new pipe, and come ON their prices are ridiculous. Sleazy is the best way to put it. Also, they wanted me to pay in CASH, likely so they don't have to report it to the IRS. I took my hvy water pipe to get "fixed" here and they fucked it up even more. (And they took about two and a half weeks to do it ).The customer service blows and yes this shop does feel like you are in Venice Beach except you can actually get deals in Venice. Amazing customer service. Mike & Ryan are very friendly and helpful. I needed a vape pen battery and explained the issue I had with my previous batteries. Mike offered me two choices. I made my selection and he cut me a deal. He said if it wasn't what I needed, to come back and he's work something out for me. Quick Stop Smoke Shop is a great mom & pop shop in a good location. It's quiet and has plenty of parking. 3 restaurants (tacos and sushi? Uh hello Heaven! It's me, Emily!) and a donut shop as well as a gas station on the corner. Ryan is a sweetheart. I live in the area and stopped to take a phone call & vape. I was there for a while, 20+ minutes. He came out, asked if I was OK & invites me in the shop. My daughter was sleeping in the car, but if she had not been I definitely would have taken him up in his offer. The guys are really nice and genuinely seem to care about their customers. I haven't had any issues with my battery. I will definitely go back for vape juice and any other vaping needs. read more
