Mike I'm so sorry this review is late! But here it is! TLDR: Super cool dude, very organized, treat customers very well, gave me a good deal. I was in Tustin relatively late in the evening and needed to do some gift shopping. I saw Smokey Smoke had amazing reviews so I called to see if they were open. Mike answered and said yes, but not for long, so I hauled ass down there and arrived 15 minutes before closing time - phew! It was so clean, organized and pretty. Mike was making sure everything was aligned just right and that there was no dust on the shelves or the floor. I hadn't been in a smoke/head shop in years, but this experience made me feel like I was young again, instead of some out-of-touch old fogie. I was fascinated by everything and had so many stupid questions, but Mike was very patient and nice about explaining what this and that was. And he knows his shit too! For example, I was shopping for an atomizer, but didn't know what kind would work, so I had to call the person who owns the vape, but he didn't know either. So I described what it looked like to Mike and he showed me one that he was 99.99% sure would work. And it did! We had such a nice conversation that I didn't even realize that I had been there for almost an hour! I felt awful - he could have closed early, but instead stayed late to help my naive ass shop. AND he gave me a great deal. That's incredible customer service. So of course I bought a bunch of things and he really hooked it up. OH AND THEY HAVE BIDIS YOU GUYS! I didn't even know they made those anymore so I was thrilled when I saw them for sale, and bought two packs for myself. 100% would recommend. I live 45+ miles away from here but I'm definitely coming back in the future. read more

Wow you have to go to this smoke shop if you're a person who appreciates not being rushed into the whole " Hurry Up and Buy" theory that almost 98% of these smoke shop guys give off the vibe and they make it so buying something is like trying to defuse a nuclear bomb and there's 10 seconds left before it wipes out a school of kids . But I was EXTREMELY IMPRESSED BY THE WAY I was able to have the attention of the owner but yet just enough that I didn't get flustered by some one hounding me to get any thing and the prices?! i was here earlier as i was in the area for other business. i've been here multiple times & got gifts for my hubbs & friends. I like their selection of glass pieces & air freshener sprays! The glass pieces are somewhat pricey but not tooooo much. It's kinda sketchy at night so just be careful...ladies, don't go alone lol. Nonetheless i've not had an issue coming here before. read more

Prices are getting a bit too high here. Paid about $10 for 3 packs of Dutch Cigars, and I don't think I can justify paying that much when in the next plaza over I can save $4, and on Redhill and Mitchell I can save almost $5 on the same. read more

LOVE this smoke shop! They have some GREAT finds! The only thing that I don't like is that sometimes late at night, they lock their back door and you have to walk all the way from your car in the back parking lot to the front door. If I was a guy, I wouldn't mind as much, but being a girl, a lot could happen to me within the short walk. Lol. I always like run the whole way there and back. This sleek, clean smoke shop had everything I was looking for, plus the added bonus of great service--something I'm not used to at smoke shops. Mike was super friendly, super helpful, and beyond patient when I kept asking to see different pieces because I'm picky about size and design (especially after my favorite one went missing). This place is a joke. Over priced on everything. Tried selling me a mod for $180 without batteries. Said he'd hook me up and give me two batteries for $20. So $200 for a simple smok mag kit. Won't even get to the prices for their juice, cotton etc. Asked for pricing on some of their glass and that's when I walked out. Go to Z&Z up the road on Newport and McFadden. 50% cheaper and 100% friendlier and reliable! read more

Just flew into town & needed a pen. Mike the owner gave me a well informed demo. He was educated, personable, fun and a great communicator. He showed me how to use it as well as charge it.. He was extremely patient & kind. I bought the G Slim. He even gave me a discount..wow!! He had some gorgeous high-end glass pipes.. awesome gift ideas!! One-of-a-kind... His shop is on the corner and exceptionally clean. What an amazing inventory, actually, the best I've ever seen... Full accessories..looks like it was laid out by an interior decorator. I went here and the customer service was good. The guy who helped me out was nice and had a lot of background about bongs. However, everything is expensive. I went to a place earlier and got a bong for $90. The same type of bongs here are double the price. I was looking for diamond glass and they had a lot of variety, but everything is $200+. I'd recommend this place since there's so many options, but you probably have to try bargaining for long time to get a lower price. read more
