I…read morewas driving over the Aurora Bridge when I saw something fly in front of my out of the corner of my eye. I definitely ran it over and within seconds my car was alerting me "oil leak, pull over immediately!" I pulled into the parking lot of one of those motels, only to find out that whatever I hit slashed my oil pan and all of the oil was dumping out of my car. After I panicked and had a small melt down, I got out my phone and started Googling. Night Hawk Towing came up in my search and had good reviews, so I gave them a call. The person who answered the phone was friendly and asked for origin and destination address of the tow. I gave that to them, and they told me they'd have someone there in about 30 minutes and to wait in my car for safety purposes. They even told me they would send a copy of the tow bill to my insurance in case I had roadside assistance covered (which I did!) They arrived right around 30 minutes after I called and the driver Marcos was really nice. He quickly got my car on the tow truck and offered to stay with me until my uber driver arrived to take me the rest of the way to work. I'd recommend these guys to anyone. If anyone can make getting your car towed a "good" experience, it's these guys.

Andy was the driver who ended up coming and helping me out! From the start he was respectful and was mild mannered which definitely helps during a stressful time like this. Although the roads we were on was busy, he was quick and didn't seem to break a sweat. It was obvious he has done this many times. Bottom line, I would recommend Night Hawk to anyone. I am glad that I gave them a chance, and it turned out to be great! Cheap Towing was sent to me by the VISA credit card roadside assistance. I paid a negotiated price between the tow company and VISA, which was much cheaper than paying directly to the tow companies. After I called the VISA credit card roadside assistance, I was able to access to a site where it updated me the request status, such as any towing company accepted the request, which company, where the truck was at etc. After waiting for 15 minutes, it showed that a tow truck would be coming to tow my car. The site suggested that it would arrive in 37 minutes, but in fact Cheap Towing showed up in 20 minutes. As soon as Cheap Towing arrived, I showed the driver the damaged area and asked to transport with care. The driver understood and carefully moved my car onto the truck. It took him a while to make sure that everything was alright. I did not go with the truck or follow the truck to the auto repair shop, but I did call the auto repair shop to confirm that my car had arrived safely. My experience with Cheap Towing was great. I would recommend it to anyone who needs roadside services.
