Very helpful and honest when calling to assessing the rim damage, even told us we could get some parts online for cheap.

Luckily it was still daylight and we were able to comfortable hang out until the tow truck arrived (they made good time). The tow truck driver was incredibly helpful; before towing our car, he explored more than one reason the car might not be starting (trying to avoid a tow); he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He in fact correctly identified the problem within a couple of minutes (as we found out the next day from the mechanic). Once it was for sure that we could not get the car going, he obliged to tow the car to our chosen mechanic and once there, he even helped us park the car and fill out the overnight paperwork. Amazing service. The best I've ever had from a towing company. Highly recommend.

He said he had quite a bit of traffic in Seattle to wade through, as it took him over an hour to arrive. However, once he arrived, he figured out a solution to my problem. He efficiently changed my front tire to the back and vice versa so he could tow it to the tire store. He worked quickly and was very polite. (I had no spare tire, so it was a bit challenging.) I would call again if need be, but I hope I never have to do it again. Cost: $358.80, which I thought was a fair price.

You end up waiting at least 2 hours and a half, even with an appointment. If you don't have enough staff or you're too busy to handle customers on time, why are you even giving appointments in the first place? This location is completely disorganized and poorly managed. I'll be taking my business to another Firestone from now on. This place is a total mess.

I had to wait there for many hours for my vehicle to be worked on. I witnessed that, surprise surprise, every single customer that came in with one issue, turns out after the mechanic checked the vehicle, oh dear, it has so many other problems. That is a very strange coincidence. They told me I needed an oil change. I knew I was 2,000 miles from needing one. Once I got the car back, verified my mileage, I spoke to the manager, and asked why I was told I needed an oil change, when obviously I did not. He just stared at me. And when he quoted me a price for the oil change, oddly, he didn't say a price out loud, he pointed to a price on a piece of paper. I thought it was very cheap for that service. However, when I was all done, and I was handed my 'recommended' services, I saw that the price he pointed to was only a tiny fraction of what the actual cost of an oil change was. He was purposely misleading and dishonest. The biggest, blatant, most aggregious thing was this: a mechanic came in after inspecting another customer's car (the customer was not there). I heard him tell the manager that the car was good, he could not find any problems at all beyond what the vehicle was brought in for. The manger said this: "OK, I'll do something, then." I'll do something?! We all know what he did. Unscrupulous. Dishonest. Stay away.
