I just left this location without my coffee. I've never been treated so disrespectfully in my life in any quickchek, or any store, and as someone who works on the road I visit many. Usually this location is polite and friendly but today they had a young gentleman, and I use that word very loosely, behind the coffee station who was extremely disrespectful and rude to me. He was off having a chat with one of his workmates and some of the coffee pots were empty so I reached back to change one as I was in a hurry and I could not wait for him to finish his laughing and conversation. He returned very rudely and abruptly and told me "don't do that". I asked him politely "don't do what?" He just constantly kept repeating don't do that, don't do that, don't do that, don't do that what a smirk on his face, like a child smiling when they know they are doing wrong. I informed him he could politely correct me and I would have been receptive to his chastisement. With that grin on his face he just repeatedly said don't do that don't do that don't do that. I asked for the manager and explained the situation and she said "well you shouldn't change the coffee pots". Point totally missed about his rudeness so I explained my complaint again calmly before discarding my coffee and leaving. She said she would speak to him and did so right in front of me for approximately three seconds while smiling at him. Great management!! QuicChek you need to teach your employees some basic manners and properly train your managers to listen.!! read more

ordered sub and marked do not cut sub in half, and they cut my sub in half. the bread has been hard and crusty more times than I can count, no wonder why so man people have their subs toasted. either they cant read or they just don't care what they are reading on the screen, so I never get what I ordered. something is always missing. read more

The place is okay, but poorly managed or something. I had to stand and wait for a cashier for nearly five minutes or more before I just decided to leave and go somewhere else. Self check-outs are fine if you don't need anything behind the counter and nothing goes wrong with them, otherwise you may have to wait a while for anyone to notice you or go hunt down an employee yourself. They should pay me for even going there, all the work I had to do. read more

Nice and clean. Has self serve checkout which is nice. Also gas station in front. I like this one because you can get everything done at once. has small seating area and nice because less loitering compared to other quick check in town. read more

I would give it zero stars if I could! Our orders were messed up, the food tasted horrible and too much pesto! We ordered 3 six inch subs, and we only got 2 and ended up paying for two instead of the one that was missing!!!‍‍‍ Smh read more

This store it is disgusting, even the screens that we use to order are dirty one time I point that out and they not even pay attention, they have an ugly old woman there that has the worse attitude, I call head quarters and the woman still there, if you make a comment they ignore you or even worse the answer back to you this idiots don't realize that we customers pay their bills, the outside of the store I bet never has being sweep or wash...they need a real manager someone with a degree and experience to make that store run smoothly ...and people smoking right outside the door read more

Recently had a very poor customer service experience and thought to myself "well at least that was the only issue I've had" then got to thinking... I've had many poor experiences here. Sandwiches are often incorrect. I get mistakes happen but it's pretty frustrating when you witness the people behind the counter chit chatting the whole time your sandwich is being made and then it's not what you ordered. I've overhead and been told by employees that others don't want to do their jobs. Sounds like a management issue to me. Additionally, most of the employees that pump gas are very friendly but I've had more than one person tell me that one of the men has been inappropriate with them. Makes me think every time I go "I hope he isn't here today". Since the the awful interaction I had with one woman at the front counter, I've stopped going here unless it's absolutely necessary. She was rude and completely unprofessional. She should go back to training and learn what decent customer service is. The only thing this place has going for it is that it is convenient. read more

Great selection IF you manage to get what you actually order and pay for. 4 out of 5 times my sandwiches have been incorrect, missing extras that I have paid for. Check before you leave so you can get what you want. Also the milkshake machine my son was using constantly is a great idea, but the time I actually used it, I was appalled at how filthy it was and I now won't let him use it anymore. Also, self checkout is great but doesn't recognize any sale prices. Items are fresh and good though and selection is very convenient. Just be sure you are paying close attention. read more
