There was also points on his benefit that when I do refinance than he would get a little kick from the bank. I couldn't back out of the deal because we had all contingencies removed which means I would lost my 15k deposit and I had no choice but to move forward. But yeah, look up Mathan Fairweather on google. I'm not the only one who got screwed.

This VOE was emailed to be on 6/10 at 12 pm and she wants it in LESS than 24 hours. The borrower signed the Authorization on 6/3! IF IT'S SOOOOO URGENT, why didn't they send it to be EARLIER within 24 hours (the timeframe they gave me), AFTER the borrower signed the auth? Good to know! I will never recommend NOR use such a lender with such a team!
