Shelby is always super nice! The wait time for food is sometimes a little long, but not unreasonably long. It really depends on whether or not you have people waiting in front of you. I always get the jasmine milk tea with boba(and sometimes egg pudding). I personally think this Quickly tastes better than any Quickly I have tried in Cali's Bay Area! BOBA in mobile- Easily my favorite boba in mobile and I've been to all of them. The boba is not grainy or crumbly, it's a little chewy and sweet the way it should be. It's not the cheapest I've ever seen compared to other places but I had crummy boba at so many places now I don't go elsewhere. The cafe part is also surprisingly good- the sandwiches are good, the rice plates are great, soups are so-so. Spring rolls yes please. Nice place to eat at, or easy to call in an order for pick up, they're quick with drinks, food is made fresh so it takes a little longer. Came in for some beef banh mi's to-go & also left with an order of crab rangoons. Their banh mi sandwiches...hands down some of the best I've had in Mobile, AL (keep in mind theres only two places that sell them in this town). The banh mi's are not served on the traditional Vietnamese french bread. This bread is soft and I loved the fact the bread doesn't flake like a traditional baguette. Also, I forwent the pate spread and it was still tasted great! As for the crab rangoons? 5 come in an order and are accompanied with sweet chili sauce. They are the best I've had in awhile. We usually stop by here driving from Florida back to Louisiana and always get a sushi burrito. It's a filling to-go item that we can eat in the car while driving. The line and wait time can be a hit or miss. Most of the time we have had to wait a bit longer than usual to get our sushi burrito, but I think it depends on what you order. They are also known for their drinks and boba teas and the folks who order those usually get in and out pretty quick. read more

If you like sweeter drinks, this place is great for you! I got a strawberry smoothie with regular boba. Their service was so so fast. The fastest boba spot I can guarantee in Mobile. They had my drink by the time I was typing in my debit card PIN. The same can be said for all 5 in my party. My smoothie was cold, fruity, and the boba was spot on. I stopped in for a quick lunch of beef Pho and Honey dew milk tea and I was not disappointed the Pho was delicious with a very flavorful beef broth and an assortment of meats including steak,meatballs and organ meat. The food is fantastic. I had the Wonton Soup and it was huge. The flavor was excellent. It was hot as all get out but loaded with stuff. The wontons were very good. This restaurant is newly opened, so they have not yet grown into the full menu of offerings as at other locations. (read: only teas, slushes, egg bread and a couple of appetizers at this time) What we were able to order (coffee milk tea with tapioca and egg bread) was DELICIOUS, and spot on the flavors! The space was clean, and the service was friendly. The price points seem to be fair, and what wait there was I believe will diminish with time/practice. The acoustics were not so bad (as some other places) so you could actually have a conversation with friends here! We will definitely come here again in the future, and hopefully when they expand the menu enough to have an actual meal it will be a wonderful lunch/dinner spot! I went in looking for banh mi sandwiches and I loved Quicklys when I first went in Biloxi, MS but when I went in and asked a couple questions about banh mi and what was in it, I received vague answers but proceeded to order the meatball banh mi. When I got it, the "meatball" was smashed flat and when I took a bite into the meatball, it was still cold and looked a little uncooked. Although the customer service wasn't great and my overall experience was even worse, the bubble tea was pretty good. Lives up to their name, I ordered the pork banh mi and octopus balls. The sandwich was good but could have used some heat aka jalapeños, and maybe just a bit more meat, otherwise very tasty. The octopus balls were a texture extravaganza, crunchy outside, creamy inside with the chew on the octopus. Definitely recommend trying this place out. read more

I have been to the other location in Mississippi many times and I was excited to try a quickly in mobile. The smoothies were super good however the lady who was working was kinda rude and pretty much slammed our food in front of us and ran away. Though she didn't step out of line she came off as hostile and I didn't like the vibe. There's no bar or dippin dots and some of the menu is limited. Also they do not sell all the candy and snacks they sell from Japan like they do at the other location. Popcorn chicken was okay. I am shocked at the number of 5 star reviews for this establishment. We ordered ramen, wonton soup, and spring rolls. The calamari, shrimp, and pork were boiled and tough, and there were bits of fryer detritus throughout. Flavors were dull, mushrooms were rehydrated and rubbery, sauce was chunky and frankly old.
