We figured they would take that into account and bring the portable equipment. Instead, they came with the truck, looked at the couch, explained to me that he was leaving to go get the portable equipment, and then texted my assistant to just cancel the appointment. I'm disappointed and will not recommend them. Sucks, because he seemed like a nice guy, and I would've hired the company to come out every month.

They deep cleaned it, restored it and freshened it to looking like new and smelling fresh. I highly recommend them for whatever ur cleaning needs are. They are very caring about their work and so very professional and I was so suprised how reasonable they were I was able to throw in a little Xtra cash for a tip because I really appreciated the professional service that they rendered. The kitchen still has obvious dirty floors, the stove looks worse than it did before she arrived and she didn't even clean the outside of the cabinets, let alone the inside. The walls in the bedrooms were still covered in dust and I found a spider still chilling on the wall in one so I don't even know what she did while she was in there.
