At 4:02 we get a phone call stating the boat is inoperable but we can get on it at the Marina and stay there!!!! No freaking way! Immediately requested a FULL REFUND! Bought a 50k boat in 2020,and took it to be serviced and it set outside for almost 2 weeks and they weedeatted my tires and crap was all over it from mowing. Need it serviced again today and they said i cannot make an appointment that I need to bring it and it will sit outside for 2 weeks until they can get to it bc they have been stood up by people and had an empty shop a couple hours. That is complete bunk that I have to let it sit outside for weeks. My boat has never set outside and I would bring it couple days before they can get to it but not a couple weeks.

They take care of the docks and slips and are very friendly to you. I like the extra security of all the docks being locked up. Located in Hendersonville on Old Hickory Lake, Creekwood allows you to easily get onto and around the lake from its location. There's plenty of parking for you and friends if you want to spend a day on the water. Slips can be pricey, but that's kind of part of owning a boat. And you see all different kinds of boats at Creekwood, from small fishing boats to huge houseboats. And there's a place to gas up right at the end of the docks before heading out for the day. It's location protects you from really choppy waters and there are plenty of little inlets to anchoring your boat and floating that are very close to the marina itself. Also, side note, there's a gas station right across the street if you run out of beer. I have always enjoyed my time and Creekwood and my friends who have slips here have been pleased as well. If you are interested in docking here give them a call. Also, they are part of the Nashville Boat Club, in case you want to take one of their boats out as a member...they have reasonable hours for those as well. I would recommend this place to seasoned or new boaters.

I came back the next day, excited, and asked if they were ready to sell me one. An older gentleman "lol" asked me to sit down. We ended up talking for about an hour and a half, not just about the boat, but about life. He clearly had my best interest in mind. I told him what was going on in my world, and as a retired 1SGT, he gave me honest advice. He said the boat was worth the money, but also helped me see that timing and priorities matter more. I didn't leave with a boat this time, but I left with a clearer perspective. Tailwater Marine doesn't just sell good boats , they give solid advice and genuinely care about their customers. The wait time based on other customers ahead of me, the expected issue and possible cost, the bad news of trim system damage, alternatives, ordering parts, testing, repairs, payment and pickup. My 1997 boat wouldn't start after 3 months with the I got a bill for 885 indicating a $33 part…read morerequired 4 hours of technical repair. Paid the bill. I took the boat home but wouldn't start. They told me to bring it back. I lived a half an hour away and couldn't get it back later. Had a mechanic look at it who told me I need a battery part. Bought the battery part. Brought it back. It was the wrong battery part complained about the absorbinant bill was told by Brett that there was nothing that could be done. I really felt that there should have been some form of return compensation for the amount of bill that I paid. I was not expecting the whole bill to be credited but just the fact that the boat never ran was upsetting. We've now sold the boat and have had no financial return or physical pleasure from driving that boat. It was a waste of time and money. If you use this company, be sure you check out their rates and fees before giving them the boat and have them give you an approximate time that the boat will be ready and if it's not ready then pull it because they're going to charge you more and more money. I will not go back to that company again..
